Great Customer Service Quality Handbags?????
First, before I go into my bag review, I need to thank Emma for all the work trying to get my issues resolved. She was very professional. After receiving my first bag, which was totally unacceptable. It looked like a bag sold on a corner in New York. Junk!!!!! Emma was able to send me another bag that was like the bag I purchased. The new bag closed correctly and the snaps worked. Much better. I still did not received a box for the new bag and the charm which came with the bag is nothing like the picture. Its green and should be monogram. Overall I'm happy, If you are expecting 1:1 bag that's not what I got. But considering all, I'm happy.
