I bought my panasonic gh4 through their eBay store & they were selling it for lowest price around (new). The model was imported but that only affects the camera if it needs repairs. A couple months in I noticed a scratch on the sensor rendering the camera useless. I was able to send it back for repair or replacement and Steven handled my case with a personal touch. He called up to let me know everything that was going on, and when you talk to him he's not scripted like regular customer service. Energetic & caring he got back to me as soon as I emailed him and let me know what the situation was with my camera. Unfortunately the labor for the camera is not included in the warranty only parts, but after that he extended a 3 year warranty on the camera for both parts and labor. I was not given a price point for the repair or any timeline but I trust that Steven has me taken care of. If you ever have any qualms about buying equipment be assured that you'll be taken care of as well.

I would like to begin by thanking Steven White for his incredible service, passion, and knowledge. For the past couple months I had been contemplating whether or not it would be worth upgrading from my Canon 60D to a Canon 7D Mark II. I love the the outdoors and enjoy taking pictures of wildlife and landscapes so I thought an upgrade was essential for my hobby. Once I decided to upgrade to the Canon 7D Mark II I had to decide where to buy the camera. Most stores, including online sites, were selling the camera for $1,499, but that was out of my price range since I am a college student. After scouring the internet and ebay I came across Deals All Year. They had the Canon 7D Mark II listed for $1,249. I could have simply ordered the camera online but I decided to call. I wanted to make sure the transaction went through and that the camera was in stock. After calling Deals All Year I was connected to a man named Steven White. Steven was by far the nicest and most patient salesperson I have ever talked to. Most salesperson that I have dealt with, especially over the phone, try selling me useless equipment or package deals that I do not need just so they can make a quick buck. Steven was not interested in selling me extra equipment that I did not need, but was rather more interested in what I was going to be using the camera for. Steven made buying a new camera an enjoyable experience, not a stressful one. My transaction was completed over the phone and was shipped the next day. He even cared enough to ask about my career. I highly recommend Deals All Year for your camera needs. Talk to Steven White, he will make buying a new camera or equipment an enjoyable process that you will not regret. Purchased a new camera and lens. I received the wrong receipt with my order and the camera was used (or remanufactured). After some emails and phone calls, Kevin and Steve where wonderful and were willing to work with me in either replacing my order with the new equipment or giving me a rebate and a 3 year warranty. As I needed the camera I chose the latter. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from again even though my order was wrong as both Steve and Kevin wonderful to work with.

If you’ve chosen to buy from the import market, these are the guys to go to. They do it right. Shopping for a pro DSLR can be daunting with prices all over the map and lots of bait and switch online dealers. I shopped for a Nikon D750. In one phone conversation with another dealer he said that the low price advertised was for a camera with menus only in Chinese which was, of course, not indicated in the ad (the price WAS too low to be real) - and sure enough, he had a US version at a great and higher price with lots of add-ons (no thanks). So I browsed eBay and happened to find a really positive review for DealsAllYear. I went to their website and liked what I saw as a tradeoff between price and product (not the lowest, but reasonable), so decided to call, bracing myself for yet another phone conversation in which I’d have to fend off a salesperson pushing me to a more expensive option. It didn’t happen. Deals All Year are the real thing: straightforward, helpful, great communications, willing to answer questions, and they have really good deals. It’s the import market (a.k.a. “gray” market) which means no US warranties so lower pricing. And they have comprehensive extended warranties at decent prices. My transaction was by phone: turns out the guy who sold me the camera is the manager. I created confusion about my email which got sorted out by the super friendly director of operations. It took a couple of calls to get my tracking number, and a glitch in the warehouse (apparently) meant I wasn’t going to get my camera in the expedited time frame promised, so they upgraded me to overnight delivery, no added charge. Their billing and payments are handled through PayPal, secure for them and for the buyer. Totally recommended!

I researched for months on the camera I wanted and spent weeks on who to buy from. I chose the nikon D810 dslr and it exceeds my expectations on every way. This is a professioal camera and I understand why it is rated that way. It was expensive but I got a great deal from Dealsallyear. They sent everything and did foolowup calls to make sure I got everything. They were very professional and I would buy from them again. Very happy.!!

Contacting the enclosed phone number led me to a delightful conversation with Mr. Steve White and, although the order had already shipped, he offered a small consolation prize.
