Although it takes a while to get a confirmation emaiI after buying, they consistently have the lowest prices for top of the line Nikon cameras on the internet.

They sent me the wrong lens. But, ended up getting the correct one sent out and where easy to work with.

I placed an order on Saturday. Within minutes realized the lens included in the package was not what I wanted. Called to cancel. Got voicemail. Called another number. Voicemail. Emailed customer service to cancel. No response. Called again. Reached a person with a lot of noise in the background. He asked "what site had I purchased from" indicating this was some sort of warehouse? I told him I wanted to cancel and he said he could not do that, it was all online. (I have NEVER received an online response to my email). Got a call the next morning at 7:30 am when my phone was off. No message. I returned the call and got voicemail. Got a call the next morning before 8 am. I returned the call and got a person who said they had cancelled my order. I asked if I would get an email confirmation and he said yes. Two days later, I have received nothing. The charge went through on my credit card and I had to open a dispute with my bank today to get the charge reversed. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THIS ORDER SINCE I PLACED IT, AND IT HAS BEEN A HUGE PAIN. I do not recommend dealing with this site. UPDATE: Received a call from Kevin who assured me again that the order was cancelled. I told him I still had not received email confirmation and he apologized sincerely and made sure I had it shortly thereafter. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because they DID follow up after my review and make sure I was satisfied.

Ordered the Canon 5D Mark IV with the battery grip--great price and it arrived on time with great packaging. I had a couple of questions about the warranty. Talked to Kevin and he cleared them up. Even sent me an email to confirm what he had told me.

I feel that I was treated fairly and honestly. I received everything I ordered promptly and in perfect condition. Would definitely order from this company again.

I have been looking to buy a new Canon for the past 2 months, Iv had the Canon Rebel T6 for several years and last year I decided to take a photography class and learn more about how to use a dslr camera and be a better photographer. I essentially bought the camera to capture shots for when I travel, but recently I started doing family portraits, weddings, and parties. I realized that I needed new equipment with better features. After testing out the Sony A6300, I loved all the features and sharpness of the photos, but I preferred the brand that I had been use to, which is Canon. After I continued researching the pros and cons to different Canon models, I started looking for something particular that I wanted in a camera which was the adjusted brightness in dark settings, which is when I found the Canon 5d Mark IV. When I read that this model was great in low-lighting, I was immediately sold. Being a college student, with all my expenses, I did not want to pay the full 3000 for this model. I did research for several weeks and came across this website, DealsAllYear. I was skeptical about buying such an expensive camera from a grey market, but I could not find another website that was a great price for it. I decided to contact DealsAllYear and spoke with Steven in regards to buying the Canon 5d Mark IV. I explained to him that I wanted a USA version that I can register with Canon. Steven informed me of the USA model that they had and that he would add in an extra battery and car charger for the price of 2400. I immediately was sold by the price and his friendly demeanor made it a smooth and exciting purchase. I was concerned about recieving it in time for the weekend that was coming up and without exprrssing my concern, he said he would have it delivered in 3 business days. I immediately thought, oh great, I would have it in time for the weekend which is when I needed it by. Steven was such a sweet and friendly salesman and invested his time in assisting me with my purchase. After receiving an invoice that Tuesday evening, my transaction was processed, however, I was concerned because I did not receive a confirmation that my purchase was successful and when It would be shipped. I received an email to rate the callers performance however not any shipment confirmation, I contacted Steven via email and he said that I would receive an email the following Monday and It should be delivered by Wednesday or Thursday. I was immediately dissatisfied at the fact that I was told 3 business days that I would receive my purchase and then was told I would receive it a week later and I had yet to receive processing/shipment information. I immediately called DealsAllYear the following day, Wednesday and spoke to Kevin regarding my concern about not receiving the camera in time for the weekend. I advised him that I wanted a refund and that I was going to pay the 3000 at a local store. He said that he would assist me in resolving the problem and that it was going to be delivered by Saturday, I let him know that I had not received any shipment email and that I was just told other information regarding a delivery date and that I just wanted my refund. He understood my concern and said he would send me a copy of the shipment tracking information showing that the delivery will be for Friday instead. I advised him that I would wait on the phone until the email was received to ensure the information was correct. I'm pleased to say that my camera was overnighted and received within the 3 business days from when the order was processed. I was skeptical about this purchase, however the exceptional customer service from Steven and Kevin has made me satisfied with my purchase. My Canon 5d Mark IV is working great so far and I can now say that I would recommend DealsAllYear. Thanks again for your assistance, it was a pleasure!

Updated review: Bought a Canon 7D Mark II from Steve and the camera packaging had been tampered with... however it appears the packaging was opened simply to add the US cord, needed to be able to use the 'international version' of this camera's recharger. There was also an initial battery issue... Steve quickly rectified that situation. Very good customer service. I left a message for Steve (he gave me his direct line when he was selling me the product); he was quick to respond to my e-mails then, and he was very quick to address/rectify the issues after the camera arrived. Again, very good customer service. because the packaging was opened and resealed before I received it, I have an appointment to make sure the camera is new (as it appears so) and assuming it gets the nod as new, this will close an excellent transaction.
