I was upgrading cameras and had a shoot lined up. When the original seller didn't come through, Deals All Year did. They really saved my life. Steve was able to help me get my camera just in time for the shoot, and we really couldn't have gotten this project done without it. I am more than grateful to have done business with them! With all of the elements that this life experience is composed of, I try to live in the present moment as much as I possibly can. Personally, photography had always helped me stay in the present moment while simultaneously documenting unique past moments in this human experience.  Although I am a fan of creativity and many beautiful art forms, the way that I can fully express myself is through photography. For me the world and all of it's diversity, including us and our stories, are my subject. Passion, commitment, dedication usually fall closely related to the strongest emotion which is love...and well I absolutely love photography. Now, recently I purchased a new camera with Deals all Year because my older one after many faithful years had been finally failings. Because a large part of my personal life and my company is photography, without a camera I felt naked, unbalanced and unproductive, so I decided to make the investment towards my new tool. It took me a couple months to really figure out where I was going to purchase my camera, but for whatever reason, perhaps it was the many positive reviews or perhaps fate, whatever it was it lead me to the trust Deals all Year with my camera investment. The very same day I bought my camera online, I received a phone call from a REAL person from the company introducing themselves and then double checking with me that I had indeed made my purchase. Wow, I was very surprised how attentive and personal they had been the very first day, especially making sure that I was the one who actually made the purchase! From what I feel, Deals all Year are totally committed, patient and most of all love what they do. The customer can completely feel the love and the attention within the customer service, which is very rare in today's technological times. This company just wants their customers to be sincerelly happy with the service they provide, which is very apperant the moment I did business with them.  For me, Deals all Year, has truly showed me that I don't have to sit on the other side of a phone, waiting for customer service because they truly are trying to help the moment I ask for it...regardless of the distance or hours apart they find a way to stay connected to their loyal customers. Now for me photography is a weapon, a weapon of freedom, creativity, peace. A weapon which moves thoughts and energy...captures light and with it change is possible. After purchasing a camera off amazon with a 90 day labor warranty, it started giving me a software freezing issue. I sent them back the camera after 100 days and urged them that i need it as soon as possible. The whole time they were very responsive and professional in replying to my emails.Steve worked with me to get me a deal of paying a $300 fee for a new camera and a 3 year warranty of labor and parts. I would definitely recommend this company to any friend.

I brought a Cannon 5DS R on line and had a follow up call from Steve at Dealsallyear to double check on my mailing address, which I thought showed that he cared about providing good costumer service from point of purchase. In todays world where as soon as you purchase a product and the ordered is processed their done with you, it's refreshing to see that they care and want you the costumer to be satisfied.

I bought an expensive Sony lens at a great price from them. Shipping was fast. Their customer service reps were outstanding. I give Steve and Kevin A+ ratings for their prompt and courteous replies to my questions. I look forward to buying from Deals All Year again.

I have purchased quite a bit of things online before and had moderate to poor experience so I wasn't expecting much in terms of quality or service when I decided to buy a Panasonic GH-4 online. I had searched around for a while and right when I was about to settle for a far more expensive deal, I came across DealAllYear. They not only sold the camera at 2/3 the price of the competitor but it came with a Lumix 12-35mm Lens as well (great lens)! What shocked me besides the price was the incredible service. I had A LOT of questions, both about the product and the deal. I spoke to Kevin and Steven who were both incredibly thorough and patient with all my questions. Most importantly, I felt like I could trust them. I didn't feel like they were sales pitching me or making me feel like I was at their mercy, they treated me with respect and took the time out to help. That's what made the difference for me.
