IP Blocked for no reason. Nice way to reject potential customers

Order futon cover After more than a month they canceled Very poor service!!! Do not buy anything

I ordered both a queen and a full-sized Nirvana Brentwood Tray Arm Futon Frame with high quality mattresses and two hide-away drawers for each unit. First of all, the frames and mattresses (et al) are very nice and constructed of high quality materials. I am very pleased with the furniture. It is also very nice looking in my family room! Second, I experienced a problem with the carrier, which delivered all but the queen frame. I contacted DCG, and after providing a reasonable amount of related information, they sent me a replacement queen frame (like for like). I don't know what happened between the carrier and DCG, but I know that they took care of me promptly and the furniture they sold to me is very nice and of high quality. I have nothing but good to say about DCG Stores. I would buy from them again without hesitation!

Very poor customer service. I bought a futon cover washed it once and it fell apart - zipper, threads, etc. They claimed that it was supposed to be dry cleaned. There was no such indication on the cover. The damage would not have been avoided by dry cleaning. Don’t spend your money here is you can avoid it. They do not stand by their products.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before placing my order. 12 days after my order I messaged their site to find out why I hadn't received shipping information. They responded "My item was discontinued. Would I like to make another selection?" So after 12 days and in inquiry initiate by me they decide to share that my item was not available? Are you F'ing kidding me? Incompetence abounds with this company. Don't waste your time.

How is DCG store still in business!!!!???? This is the 3rd time they have purposely sent me the wrong product , I did not order! and they are not paying for return shipping!! Infuriating that they still are able to conduct business in the US! This must be stopped!

Ordered 2 side tables which site said was in stock and would be shipped within 3 days. After five days I sent an email asking why shipment still showed as pending. Got an email back telling me the tables were discontinued. Company has no reliability. Stay clear.
