I ordered both a queen and a full-sized Nirvana Brentwood Tray Arm Futon Frame with high quality mattresses and two hide-away drawers for each unit. First of all, the frames and mattresses (et al) are very nice and constructed of high quality materials. I am very pleased with the furniture. It is also very nice looking in my family room! Second, I experienced a problem with the carrier, which delivered all but the queen frame. I contacted DCG, and after providing a reasonable amount of related information, they sent me a replacement queen frame (like for like). I don't know what happened between the carrier and DCG, but I know that they took care of me promptly and the furniture they sold to me is very nice and of high quality. I have nothing but good to say about DCG Stores. I would buy from them again without hesitation!

In May I purchased a leather recliner and Queen Futon with mattress and drawers beneath the wooden frame. After I purchased my items I was worried due to their reviews, however, I was more than pleased! Alanna, in Customer Service was very prompt in addressing my concerns and was very understanding and kind! I LOVE both of my purchases!

Communication was poor and I had no idea when my futon was coming, but when it did in about three weeks, I found it to be the best bed ever. I cannot get my body off this futon. I got the thickest memory foam one with the Cancun sapphire fabric. Sooooo comfy.

An earlier review for DCG STORES was negative. After corresponding with the seller, I was issued a full refund. I am very satisfied with their customer service.

I am really disappointed in the bad reviews i was a little nervous. We ordered a queen matress with medium firm latex foam and cotton filling it took a while to arrive and the tracking number was never sent to me i randomly got a call at 9 am saying my matress was in the city and i could either pick it up or they could continue shipping it and it would arrive the next day so long as i was there to sign for it which i appreciated greatly they even carried it up the stairs and i live on a 2nd story apartment i didnt have any problems with it it was double wrapped for protection i should have bought a cover for it i will probably buy one of there protective covers. Hopefully it wont take as long to get here but i understand they are made to order

We ordered a white, full size futon and 8 inch mattress. They didn't all arrive on the same day (3 boxes, 3 days) but that was fed ex - not the company, because we tracked all of them. They did all arrive within one week. We are very pleased with all items! The futon came with color coded instructions that were easy to follow, and the mattress is very, very comfortable! Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you DCG!
