Good service but not good products.
If the product was correct and as advertised, I would give it full stars. First, I bought a Potara earring. It wasn't the one I wanted. So they sent me another one for free. Then I bought a Time Ring. It took forever to arrive. When I wore it, the silver rubbed off onto my skin and the ring was fading. Lastly I bought swimming shorts. It looked cheap and the picture on it was bad quality. The customer service is good but sometimes giving us another item free isn't the solution. The products just don't add up as advertised. I won't buy anything from them anymore.
