A NEW KING in DBZ and fitness apparel
Shipping was prompt, and, unlike another store that shall not be named but pops up in search engine queries and claims to be the "king" of "fit" apparel, DBZ-store actually sent me what I ordered the first time! I am so stoked to wear my Zorn armor at next year's con after the "king" lost it's crown to these guys. I may just order a Bardock tank next! You guys rock!

Ordered the Vegeta Badman shirt
Ordered the Vegata Badman shirt XXL. So when I did get the shirt it wasn't the right size and try to send it back and get another size. Well, this wasn't how customer support saw it. They said that because I ordered the shirt at 50% there is no margin to solve anything. If I had bought the shirt for full price then they could do something. They call this prioritized customer support. The only solution they gave me was to send it back to the USA (roughly 40 - 50 euro). My advice is to not buy here.

Autumn was great customer service for me. First time user of site; applied a 10% off code instead of 20%. She was able to correct it for me. Super friendly and helpful. Great looking quality items. Excited to rock the Vegeta Badman shirt for Halloween this year

Rough beginning but a happy endjng…
Had some major issues getting my package i ordered before Father's day, and wait and wait and never received my package. Im patient so didn't get frustrated, I had the pleasure of speaking with Autumn and she was an angel who helped me resolve my issue. Will be ordering from here again.

I ordered a shirt and a dress. Slow delivery.
I ordered a shirt and a dress. Customer service (Autumn) was great, very professional and quick. However the order took 16 days to arrive and my two items arrived separately, so the tracking system was confused. The shirt and the dress look great (good quality), but I must say the sizes are small. I’m glad I ordered 2 sizes larger and I’m satisfied with my purchase.
