I had ordered the wrong sizes for the apparel I purchased, email the support team and they replied back to me within an hour and updated my order to the correct sizes, thank you to team member Autumn for you help regarding my order. It was greatly appreciated.

Sorted order issue
Had an issue with the order due to manufacturer not making the product anymore. Paul and Amber sorted it out promptly and fairly. They were very kind with the outcome.

Avoid this online store for DBZ items
I requested to cancel 2 orders since shipping takes forever and the figures will not make it on time for a birthday gift. Got no response from customer service for 12 hours, then all of a sudden I got an email saying the shipping labels for both packages had been made and customer service started responding. They stated they couldn't cancel since the orders already shipped. They don't pay for return shipping and you have to ship back to Canada so I'm pretty sure they saw my messages and shipped out my orders so I can't cancel. Avoid this online store.

I made a mistake by not reading their shipping policy. They were quick to respond when I had questions about their shipping policy and the item I ordered. The wallet overall looks really amazing, but upon closer inspection I noticed that there was a smudge on the writing, barely noticeable at all unless you are looking at it close to your face. I got it for a birthday present, and I noticed after I had given it to them. They said that they didn’t notice nor really cared because the art was AMAZING!!!!! I will say that this store does have an amazing return policy though!!
