Poor response time
My order arrived on time, however, I was not satisfied with the quality of the clothes, so I decided to send them back and get a full refund. It took over a month and a lot of messaging to finally get the process underway, which frustrated me a lot. In the end, everything turned out okay thanks to Amber and Autumn's help. Even though I was told that the package never arrived where it was supposed to, the store still decided to approve my refund request, and I'm really grateful for that:) The process is still underway, but I'm sure there will be no further issues. Thank you for your cooperation.

Customer support is a hassle I had a…
Customer support is a hassle I had a lost items in an order of 2 and they keep throwing me through hoops repeatedly wanting me to confirm I received the other item as well when I did not and have over 14 emails saying that. I want to return a backpack that I did receive due to bad service over all but they offer me no real solutions I wanted these items for my son but after this experience I think I'm better of going In person to look for dbz items

Avoid! They come under Debenhams which in the UK used to be a trusted brand but they are not to be trusted! Spent £220 on some Corten steel planters. What arrived was a joke! A bendy, flat pack cheap and flimsy knock off that when we tried to return they did the whole oh take twenty percent off and keep it it’s a one time offer! Then we said no and lo and behold it went to Fodor percent off! We said no and surprise it was keep the item we will refund you. Scammers!

Knock off website
Knock off website , I bought shorts that in the image are nice but what I was shipped is Chinese knock off levels of garbage. From the stitching to the fabric it’s all wrong and not anything like the pictures advertised . Total rip off
