I ordered products online in November but they won’t be available until after December. The product appears to be shipped from near my home but that doesn’t seem to make a difference. Also, don’t bother calling support care because I’ve left multiple messages waiting for a call back to no avail.

I ordered from this company with a 3-5 day delivery time, needless to say I still haven't received 11 days later... I really do wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order, lets see how long before I can get a refund.

Very hard to track shipment and once we finally got it we were very disappointed at how cheaply it was made and how cheap it looks. My son wanted to use it for school but there’s no way his computer would be safe in there. It has zero cushion in it.

Karen did a great job correcting a mistake that was made with my order. It was a time consuming process that took several days so for her to stick with it meant a lot.

Jim is very helpful! I had ordered dragon ball z car seat cover and didnt realize it was only one instead of two of what the picture showed and I emailed Jim and he helped me fix it right away and sending both out instead of one . That is awesome and i appreciate this company!!! There quality is awesome and they have so many amazing things on this website!
