The most horrible company ever
The most horrible company ever! The customer service is absolutely imposible! I can’t return my order which they sent me separately in 3 packages!!!

Placed order, they took money straight away. 15 days later and several emails with no response, still no delivery, no tracking. Asked for full refund, no response. Think twice before parting with your money.

Still waiting for refund of item returned beginning of May.2 items ordered one kept used gift card.Instead of taking it off item bought refusing to give me it.No one is replying just automated email.Really frustrating

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have ordered a red mid velvet dress and they told me it is out of stock. It took them 2 weeks to send the partial refund on the item. Also, I had to wait for another separate delivery fee refund. They could have sent the refund altogether.

Do not order from this company
Ordered a pair of garden chairs. Never arrived. The tracking number was not recognised by the 'delivery company'. Any complaints get an automated reply. Do not order from this company. If it actually is a company.

Good quality posters
Ordered 2 DBZ posters Received my order after a few weeks. Stated it could take up to 45 days after dispatch, so was happy with the delivery timescale. Packaging was inventive (PVC plumbing pipes) but kept them in good condition. Sizing of the posters is hit and miss. Slightly too big on one and slightly too small on the other ( based on exact size frames 50cm x 70cm and 60cm x90cm). Quality of the posters was great There was a logo printed in the top right corner of one of the posters which was not shown on the website and somehow seemed to link to Pokemon??? ( No idea guys ). Contacted customer support to discuss the issue. I admit it did take some time to get to the end result but being in Glasgow (UK) I expected as much buying from the US, but "Autumn" sorted out my issue and sent out a replacement poster without the strange logo. Overall happy with my purchase. Thanks DBZ store

I ordered from Debenhams charged extra…
I ordered from Debenhams charged extra for delivery to Northern Ireland . I waited 2 weeks still got no product sent 2 emails no reply only to have my order cancelled . I am livid disgraceful the way Debenhams and this company that delivers for them are awful
