They are my go to for backdrops. I purchase a backdrop for birthday parties and events. I love their attention to detail and the material they use. It's soft material and won't crack as it ages. They're fast with their response time. These are the reasons I keep ordering.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Run from a third world country. You can't get anyone on the phone. I literally waited ALL DAY to get a response today and when they finally responded it was to tell me - TWO DAYS AFTER I ORDERED THE DAMN THING - that I would receive it LATER THAN THE TIMING PROMISED ON THE WEBSITE!!! The worst. BEWARE - SOOO many other companies to choose from, don't waste your time like I did.

The backdrop was high quality, thick fabric. Was perfect for photos! When a shipping error occurred, I received a prompt reply from the company.
