The product I received was what they described on the website, but I didn’t like the fabric for my photographs. The microfibers were evident in my pictures and distracting. Also appeared wrinkled even though I ironed it according to the instructions. The shipping was super expensive and required for me to pay of if I chose to return it. I ended up getting a partial return. The support was efficient during email conversations.
