I was tricked by their advertisement into signing up for a monthly service I did not intend to use. They charge you $150 to cancel. It's a complete scam. The cleaners are terrible and often don't show up or show up late.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!! These people are scammers! Their subscription makes you think you pay only a certain amount and that includes the cleaning but it does not, the cleaning - which is like $70-$80 each is on TOP of the subscription. My first cleaning lady was horrible and did nothing at all, second one was great but when I realized they were charging me so much I ended up having to cancel my card with the bank because no one responded to my e-mail, there's no contact info or anything. The other reviews you see on here are reviews for the cleaning people, not for the website itself, they just transferred their reviews on here.

WARNING: The person that cleaned my home in Reno stole over $50,000 worth of jewelry from my jewelry box. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEFT IS NOT COVERED NOR DOES THE COMPANY STAND BY THEIR CLIENTS! A zero star rating is not an option on Yelp.

This is a scam business! I regretfully bought into it. 1st cleaning didn't finish a 1 floor layout in a 3hr. time block. Stayed on his phone the entire time. 2nd booking same layout but 2 hr block. Crumbs still across the floor, no dusting and my bathroom reaked of bleach so badly we had to open all our windows and leave the house for a few hours.

This service is nothing but a scam and the foreverclean membership is falsely advertised. Do not fall into the trap that I did. Their advertisement and even pages within a user's account show definitive pricing that they say is guaranteed, when in reality not only is the base rate often several times the "guaranteed rate" the "service" adds extra charges and fees on to every single booking. If you contact the company about their illegal false advertising, they will tell you that they don't care and that if you cancel, they're going to get their money anyways with exorbitant cancelation charges and fees. Do not get scammed, stay away if you are looking for something that will make your life easier because this will achieve only the opposite.

Worse experience they broke my cabinet and then go enjoy the next day they said they would refund my money instead of refunding my money they charge me again and again I don’t recommend them

I also thought that dazzling cleaning seemed to offer an excellent service. But! Was I ever fooled! I have a very nice home located in Roseville CA, that has extremely valuable furnishings. I was scheduled for a cleaning on Friday March 18th at 9:00AM, the cleaning lady was Evelyne. I received a text message that morning from Evelyne stating that she would arrive between 9:00-9:30 AM. At 9:25 AM I got my little dog 🐕 and I into my hemi Challenger and awaited her arrival in the driveway. By 9:35 AM, she hadn't showed up and I had to leave. At approximately 10:00 AM I got in touch with her to confront her regarding this matter. First off, she was extremely rude, she absolutely lied that she arrived at 9:27 AM. Then she became even more rude and stated that I should have left the front door unlocked for her. I was extremely adamant with her that I would never leave my house unlocked for anyone, I have extremely valuable furnishings and my house is definitely alarmed. She became even more rude, and I said goodbye. Shortly after that, I get an email report from dazzling cleaning stating that I am charged $59.70 because Evelyne adamantly lied that she arrived and was locked out. I have done thorough research regarding this alleged business, and they have multitudes of negative reviews, especially with the BBB. They have an F rating with the BBB. There are numerous warnings that they are extremely misleading and seriously corrupt regarding their business practices. After I threatened serious legal action, allegedly one of their business directors, Emma contacted me trying to justify their actions using extremely apologizing tactics. Unfortunately, considering the extremely large amount of serious negative reviews, I am not accepting her apologizing tactics. I had to cancel my current Visa debit card and apply for a replacement for my own safety. I have read several reviews from previous clients claiming that they were continually charged by dazzling cleaning even after they canceled their membership. This company is extremely skilled and diabolical regarding their extremely misleading and unethical business practices.

They do not tell you about the termination fees. DO NOT Sign up through them.
