I had set up 3 hours of cleaning with Lemeckah. I knew it was going to be a hard job so on top of what I paid through the app I left her $50. She was set to come at 10 AM so I went to a friends to let her be alone. She texted me at 12:30 stating she wasn’t going to be there until 1. At this point I was at my friend’s for 3 hours so now I had to stay there another 3 hours. I texted her at 3:30 (2.5 hours in) and she was already gone. So she left without letting me know. I came in side and she did not do everything she was supposed to. She didn’t organize the shelves and she didn’t clean the coffee table. So she left early and didn’t complete the work. I let her know that I believed the $50 I left for her was enough for the job she did and would like a refund for what I paid through the app she declined. Lemeckah is not a W2 employee of Dazzle so they had no control over her providing a refund. Do not choose Lemeckah as your cleaner for Dazzle or you will be disappointed.

Please don’t ever ever use this company!!! Run!! They draw you in with a greatly reduced cleaning and you don’t see the fine print that says that you are trapped for 6 months at least. You don’t know it but you have now joined their cleaning plan for $40 a month. What do you get for $40? Nothing. Is that amount applied to your cleanings? Nope. It’s just a charge for the privilege of using their services and to pay exactly the same thing you would pay if you hired someone privately. They lie to you and tell you that your membership will save you 60% off all your cleanings. It doesn’t. The cleaners charge the same $35 an hour that everyone charges PLUS you have to add in two more fees to put MORE money on Dazzling Cleaning’s pockets. So now you’re paying $44 an hour! Let’s not forget the $40 a month you’re paying for the privilege of someone coming to your home to be paid to clean it. This has been a complete nightmare. Seriously…run as fast as you can. I didn’t know I was trapped in a contract until I read it in another review. And they charge you $236 to break the contract so you better just keep paying that $40 a month for nothing. WORST COMPANY EVER

Worst Experience! I got this voucher for a $9 cleaning, well you get what you pay for. It wasn't great, but with that I also got $20 off the next cleaning, so I thought hey I will try a different cleaner next time. So that was a little complicated, but got it set up and then they cancelled a couple hours before they were supposed to be here. Then turns out, somehow because I signed up for that second cleaning or I'm not sure how I had automatically signed up for their ForeverClean which charges you $50/mo. so after not getting my house cleaned I was still charged $50. They have no customer service to speak to. If you try to cancel, they want to charge you an extra $139. ugh,

AVOID - IT'S A SCAM. I wanted a ONE TIME cleaning, told the company so, they said that was fine but now I get charged every month for a "subscription" that they claimed I signed up for, and the only way out is to pay a $168 cancellation fee. No thanks. I will be locking my credit card. Tried contacting support for a refund and never got a response.

My cleaner did not contact me to cancel the appointment scheduled at 10:00 AM. I sent a text to the cleaner’s number about 10:15 and then sent a second text via the DazzlingClean platform around 10:30. At 10:43,—-43 minutes after my appointment—-I received a message from the service stating that the cleaner was no longer available. Cancellation 43 minutes AFTER the appointment time is unacceptable! I was instructed to wait 60 minutes to report a “no show”. I waited and, as a result, the “no show” was not recorded as a low rating. My time is valuable and I prepared for this appointment. Why wasn’t I notified or informed? I cannot submit a “no-show” because the appointment was cancelled in your program—even though this was done after the scheduled time.

Excellent work

The absolutely worst experience I have ever had with a company. I had 4 cleaners that never showed up. The last cleaner harassed me and there is no one to communicate or funnel complaints through. This company is a scam. After no service at all, they charge you 168.00 to cancel. Run in the other direction and save yourself the headache and money!

Excellent cleaning service! They worked very hard to clean my house. I am satisfied with this service. Soon I will book them again.
