ZERO STARS UNPROFESSIONAL, SCAM COMPANY, Unethical, false advertisements, the list goes on. Support is borderline harassing me at this point with continuous emails trying to provoke an argument after being told numerous time to discontinue all communication. Save your self the headache and look elsewhere.

Dazzling Cleaning is a scam and their promotional voucher is very conflicting. In the promotion it said voucher requires a 6-month forever clean membership and boldly highlighted that I could cancel at anytime. Next bullet point also said for only $49/month book unlimited cleanings at your discounted rate of $19/hr-saving 60% savings. And it said I was getting $19 for 3-hour cleaning 75% off. Everything about the company seems fishy and off and I’m not comfortable with the service I received. My cleaner was a nice girl but was late and very unprofessional. I did not deal with her immediately because I saw that I was charged a full service and not my discounted voucher purchase and needed to resolved that issue first. There’s too many hoops and bounds to get anything done with the company and it’s very confusing to navigate.

Major scam for new customers. Lure customers by online ads and ease of scheduling but no one actually comes to the appointment. continuous cancellations but you're still expected to pay for monthly subscription even if no one has actually come to clean. customer service is non existent. All you can do is create and online ticket and wait for a reply. Please don't give your credit card info to them. Please check yelp for actual user reviews. It seems like all the reviews here are fake.

-SCAM. The price quoted can be DOUBLED to give yourself an idea of what you will actually be charged. The charges include monthly membership rate, cleaners hourly rate which is $18-$35/hour (they set their own rate and you pay the rate of whoever signs up for your job), an additional $5/hour to dazzling for EVERY JOB, and another 15 or so percent for EVERY JOB. If you try to cancel, there will be a huge cancellation fee (mine was $243). -UNPROFESSIONAL. Over a 3 month time period, our goal was to have a weekly clean for 4 hours. During this time, we had 1 cleaner show up on time. Every other cleaner either arrived 1-4 hours late, didn’t show up or bother to cancel and/or attempted to reschedule after the start of the appointment. If a cleaner actually showed up at, the work was incredibly inconsistent. NOT ONE cleaner read the cleaning notes on the account. One cleaner spent 4 hours vacuuming an upstairs hallway and cleaning something in a kids bedroom. When given an honest review about the work completed, the cleaner proceeded to send multiple rude and vulgar text messages to us. Another cleaner was 3 hours late and so high on weed. I practically got a contact high in their presence, they could not follow a list or instructions on what to clean and the house had to be aired out as I didn’t want my teenage kids to come home to the entire house smelling like marijuana. During a 4 month time period, we actually received a decent cleaning 4 times. SKIP THIS- you will pay so much more than you thought to never have your house cleaned.

I called them in Feb 2022 for a cleaning and they said it was free as it was my first cleaning. I was out of the country for 6 months and came back yesterday and noticed that they had charged $49 every month for the past 10 months and when I went into my account, it shows they have put me in some stupid subscription. I have lost $490 because of this without anyone coming home for regular cleaning services. Worst experience!

The cleaner only completed half the job she was asked to complete. She wasn't truthful about it neither: she said she only didn't have time to clean a bathroom, when in reality, she "didn't have time" to clean two bathrooms, a bedroom and a living room. The cleaners before her were able to clean the requested areas in the time allowed. When I confronted her, she argued, saying, they must had not done a good job. She was more than 20 minutes late and didn't stay later. She was on the phone almost the entire time. This was my fourth negative experience with the company. I contacted them to cancel, but they do not allow breaking the contract without a very steep, almost $200, fee. So I paid for two extra months without using their service. I asked to cancel after that, and they offered me a month of free membership as a consolation. I didn't use it. They charged me again the following month. I'm still waiting on the refund. This is hit and miss cleaning service, but because I've had too many negative experiences, it's been a frustrating issue. They charge the membership, and then $25ish extra in fees every time the cleaner comes. I do not recommend them. Many cleaners are not good, fees are too high and the customer service is rubbish.

Really regretting getting lured into this service. Was hit up with an instragram ad and liked the idea of being able to schedule things and pay online. But we have now had 3 different cleaners who didnt work out and the service wont let us cancel. All three have left early and not completed the full 6 hours paid for. All three were consistently late (today's cleaner was supposed to come at 8, it is now 10:30, she said she could be here by noon....) Two of the cleaners did a pretty good job - one did a pretty bad job. I feel for these women as they are coming from SO far away and they don't have cars - hence why they are always late - but they don't tell you where they are coming from when they book so I don't have a way to avoid that. But the biggest issue is the cancellation policy and communication from corporate. As others mentioned they hide behind email and automation on their site so its hard to talk to anyone and accomplish anything. After two cleaners both skipped out early and still charged for the extra hour, (and the 2nd cleaner showed up 3 hrs late and took home my broom and cleaning products), I requested to cancel. I was told I have to try three cleaners to cancel as per the terms of my agreement. So I tried a third cleaner - who also charged me for an hour she did not work. And showed up 2 hrs late. So I asked to cancel again - and they told me no I need to do 6 full months, but offered me a $5/mo discount on my monthly fee if I continue on with their service after 6 months (yeah dont want that). Overall it ends up being very expensive (last clean was $210 for 6 hrs, but only got 5 hrs of cleaning + the $49/mo fee) and I have to sit around at my house all day and figure out people to pick up my kids because the cleaners are never on time and still charge for the full day.
