If I could give negative stars I would. It’s impossible to cancel this service. I was charged $49/month on top of the few cleanings I did receive. I was not aware that monthly charges would be occurring with this company when I signed up. The cleanings in between couldn’t happen because cleaners would be reassigned times and actual new cleaners would be reassigned to me that I was uncomfortable having in my home. I had a safety issue take place after my second cleaning and I couldn’t make a review of the incident without fearing that because the cleaner knew where I lived that I could be in more danger. Allotted times of cleanings have been cut short on me. The final cleaner I had come left in the middle of her cleaning because of a “family emergency”. Jeremiah called me on the number 701-237-1669 telling me he was taking special care of my case, promising me 2, 2 hour cleanings and 1, 1 hour cleaning along with a free month. We went to schedule a top cleaner and then he hung up and never called back and I was charged for a time I had canceled and when I called him the number he gave me didn’t work and once I called the corporate number they never got back to me. Jeremiah finally contacted me back via txt telling me he could not provide me with the offer previously given and the top cleaner that did show up was the one who left in the middle of her cleaning. I have left 6 messages in 3 days with no one from corporate calling me back. The number of corporate 833-839-1190 seems to have no employees attached to it. They say they get back to you in 1-2 business days and they have not upheld that standard. Their chat system also doesn’t work. This company is a scam, it is a class action lawsuit waiting to happen. If any other negative experienced customers with to file a lawsuit please let me know because we all need to change the outcome of this company screwing people over.

Complete scam. They advertise their services as only costing $19 for cleaning an entire apartment, and are very unclear about the fact that they sign you up for a $49/mo membership which doesn't cover the cost of the cleanings. If you try to cancel your membership before 6 months, you're charged a massive fee. Do not give them your information, do not use the service

I would give 0 stars if possible. They lie saying they provide Terms and Conditions with their $20 one-time cleaning voucher. I only wanted to redeem the one-time cleaning voucher and even called them to ensure that the voucher was all I was getting! That service was fine, however, a month later I saw they were trying to charge my card for a membership plan that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. Their website is not user-friendly or transparent! Emma is a gaslighter and emailed me saying that I was given "terms and conditions" at every touchpoint. I am a consumer who reads so this was an insult to my intelligence and POOR customer service. Maybe in their other offers, they show terms and conditions but I literally redeemed a $20 voucher - that is it! Emma and Dazzling Cleaning are liars and thieves. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION. This is 100% a SCAM to get you into an ongoing membership plan whether you want to use their service or not.

What a sucker I am! Find someone local yourself!! Ultimately, using this service cost me 274$ for a 4 hr initial cleaning on 11/7/22...49$ voucher for that cleaning+ 49$ December charge (deal was $49/ month through 5/23 for reduced priced cleanings and access to all these, vetted, trained...NON-EXISTENT area cleaners)+$176 for the FULL COST of the initial cleaning as an early termination fee. They were firm in their "inability" to refund me ANY part of the money I gave them. Okay then, my MOUTH will make up for that. For 7 consecutive weeks now, they could never provide me a second cleaning or cleaner that would take my Monday 2 HR, every 2 week job. They have NO provision in their TERMS for when THEY fail to provide a cleaner...it's the old "independent contractor" crap, then. They get ONE STAR...I would've gave ZERO because Emma attempted to meet me half way with a 2 HR cleaning credit but, HOW would that work WITHOUT A CLEANER?!

I have been charged 8 times in two weeks for 2 cleanings and my house is still a mess. First cleaning said it was $150 discounted to $62 for 6 hours, I added 2 extra hours (one for laundry and one for organizing) because you have to add extra hours for any extra service. First cleaner melted all my baby’s cups in the dishwasher and missed a lot of the house. Second cleaner I booked for 4 hours at $20/hr and I chose the cleaner I wanted. A day before the second cleaning they changed the cleaner to someone who was $29.70 an hour and this is AFTER they charged $49 to my account for a forever clean contract where I’m supposed to get cleaners for $20/hr from now on. Second appointment ended up being $132. I have a total of $332 in charged for 2 visits and a dirty house. NEVER sign up with a company that has no phone number, that’s a huge sign that they don’t care about their customers and will send you to email support with rude reps. Trying to cancel and they want to charge me $357 for the first appointment, no discount for what was already paid, not the $150 they showed that was discounted but $357 that they made up. You WILL NOT have a different experience, don’t let the fake reviews fool you.

If I could lend zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional cleaning service I've ever experienced. My cleaner rescheduled the time ON THE DAY OF SERVICE four times (the last of which was via a text message at 2 AM), only to call me minutes before her expected arrival with the most dramatic story as to why she could not come. She then asked me to reschedule for the fifth time. I ended up opting for another cleaner the next day. This cleaner also sent me a text message at midnight before our agreed-upon appointment to inform me she'd be 30 minutes late due to a conflicting personal matter. Then, yet again, 10 minutes before her expected arrival time, she cancels. Now, this bogus company has my credit card credentials, with no definitive way to completely deactivate my account, and I have yet to receive a cleaning. This is genuinely so unprofessional, and they should be shut down.

Worst company i have EVER used. They tell you “oh sign up for our membership get your first cleaning free and then only $15/hr cleanings” then when once you schedule another cleaning it comes out to $20/hr plus all these extra fees. Then if you try to cancel they charge you $168 for the first 3 hour free clean. As if 3 hours of basic cleanings is worth $168???? Took me 4 separate times and a week to get a response from the company and for them not to be helpful. Shady company. Worst experience.

If you’re in Chicagoland, do not book Tammie Morrell or use Dazzling Cleaning!! Tammie stole my wedding ring and wedding band and snuck out. Dazzling cleaning is of no help and they don’t even have a customer support phone number.
