Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

Do not use this company. This is a scam. There is no contact information to the company if you have any issues. When you consider using this company through Facebook or Instagram ads, there is a hidden membership fee which is not explained while you are signing up. Membership fee is $49/month plus service fee(depends on cleaners hourly rate which is not $19/hour. It is the lowest possibility, not reality. Usually hourly rate is $25 and up.) and processing fee, etc. So, if you choose a certain cleaner for $25/hour, then you might spend $49/monthly fee + ($25 × hours) + processing fee + tax + etc.... Besides, They send only one person. It means that their job won't get done. After my cleaner left my house, I should clean my house by myself again. What a ridiculous situation! Even though I am not satisfied with their service, I should use them until my 6 mandatory membership ends. Do not consider using this company!!!! You will regret your decision!!!!!!!

WARNING: First Appointment is not FREE at Dazzling Cleaning!! You are forced to a 6 month term, mine was $49/month, to get "discounted cleanings" right? My cleaners were constantly rescheduling, so eventually I'm just paying for nothing. I was unsatisfied with what was going on at Dazzling Cleaning and was threatened "you'll have to pay $138 for your first cleaning if you cancel." -- they even have this multiple times during the cancelation process to get you to stay. Ask yourself. What company needs to beg its customers to stay? Ones that are not providing value (read: ripping people off). Don't sign up with Dazzling Cleaning.

First off this bait and switch scam advertises their services on tiktok with an offer that anyone needing a cleaner can't refuse. But what you don't know is you are being baited into a monthly recurring subscription that includes a number of random people showing up at your house. Think of it as doordash for cleaning. The service was horrid. The cleaner was late and asked for additional money walking in the door. The cleaner complained about the service and the pay and again repeatedly asked me for additional money for different aspects of her being in my home. They didn't do a thorough job. There was trash and debris swept up left all over my home. Cleaner didn't remove their trash. And cleaner didn't clean my bathrooms very well at all. Next, once you take on this so called promotion, it's like the service from hell. They will continue to bill even after cancelling and having this experience. They will send random people to clean for you without approval for them to come. They just show up. Reviews on other sites reflect how horrible they truly are. And you will find yourself obligated to a service that you don't want, people you don't want in your home, and cleaners who are not properly vetted nor do they even do a good job. This is one of the most disgusting app driven services ever. Cleaning doesn't belong on this type of business model. You actually want someone who can actually do this type of job. Cleaning isn't a drive by. You don't want side hustlers who download an app and go to the dollar tree and get a few brooms and mops and show up at your door unskilled and late...I suggest that you don't do business with these people....you will find yourself being taken every month for random amounts of fees, unnecessary aggravation, and end up cleaning your home yourself anyway.

My experience was terrible all around. My cleaner was useless and did nothing. Dazzling Clean doesn’t want to be bothered and wants you to talk to the cleaner. Zero accountability on both sides. Now if I cancel Dazzling Clean because I’m disappointed, I’m going to be charged $218!!!! For what? I had to re-clean my whole house and I’m still cleaning. This service is a scam, stay away!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. There is NO PHONE NUMBER TO REACH ANYONE AT IF YOU HAVEAN ISSUE! They will not help you!! My house clearer showed up high, broke my vacuum, and dropped a bag of meth off my floor (I have kids at home!). She also left a Starbucks coffee in my microwave that had not only spilled everywhere but had a joint sitting on top. We’ve been finding her press on nails all over the house - our garbage disposal, stairs, etc. She brought her own can of spray whipped cream she was just spraying in her mouth which was pretty strange. After all this, there is NO WAY I’m accepting another cleaner from this company but they refuse to cancel my membership. In fact their idea of help is to offer me MORE of their service.

They will take your money and send people who don’t know how to CLEAN

SCAM! I paid for a $39 voucher for 5 hours, they charged me $114 extra and my cleaner only came for one hour and did a trash job. Their customer service is non existent and i'm pissed. Zero stars.

As everyone else has said: this is a scam. First, there are a ton of hidden fees. I received 4 separate charges for my first cleaning that I thought was only going to be $39 with the voucher. Further, I thought the extra hour would only cost $19, but it turns out that is the lowest possible price, but not the hourly rate of any cleaner that was ever assigned to me, so cleaning cost more than expected. Second, I’ve only ever had one successful clean despite trying to schedule 5. Cleaners always reschedule. The one time I refused to reschedule, the cleaner showed up, but she was clearly intoxicated, and she refused to clean or leave until I agreed to hit the reschedule button in the app. When I complained and asked for my money back, customer service said no. I wish I’d attempted a charge back for the monthly fee with my card — I feel duped. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
