Awful cleanings on top of terrible customer service. They already wasted too much of my time to write a full review but after two cleanings, know that this is just a subscription money grab.

Horrible company to deal with. 1st cleaner canceled after confirming and stated he had no supplies to do the job. I offered my supplies and he still canceled. I requested a new cleaner which came at a later time obviously,so I left her in my empty apartment. She arrived later and I left and returned home to the job not done. She texted saying she was done and forgot to take pictures. Then I requested a refund and cancellation of further charges and no response. You have to submit a ticket for everything. No live person or chat. Just a ripoff

January 2nd Katie I had a 6 hour clean in which I added baseboards, windows, and cabinets…first she shows up 2 1/2 hours late…then when she gets here states that cabinets don’t come with organizing just wiping of the outside…which it states that it comes with organizing. So, I left my home thinking maybe she would do a little better without my being there…when I came back it had been 4 hours and my home still looked the same…she literally vacuumed half of the rug…cleaned half of the windows…and straightened up nothing at all. Every space of my house looks exactly the same. Picture were attached to the email that I sent. I’m not sure how this can or will be rectified but this is absolutely unacceptable. I am an educator that has to go to work tomorrow and instead of the lesson plans that I should be doing I am now cleaning my home because nothing was done. It states that 6 hours should be plenty for a deep clean…my home is not very big at all and I left one of the rooms off. This is so unacceptable.

Stay away! They denied 4 different requests once the service was purchased. Upon asking for a refund, they refuse. They failed to provide a service and refused to refund the amount. Absolute SCAM!!!

Total and complete scam! Read the other reviews. Same exact situation. I would never use this company again

AVOID! Complete and utter SCAM. Bought a coupon for a $19 cleaning. Upon the completion of the cleaning was immediately charged $49 for a subscription I didn’t sign up for and then when I cancelled the subscription I didn’t sign up for I was charged another $144. Reported to the better business bureau.

I cannot express enough how much of a scam this place is. I had a 6 month membership, and during this I had one of their cleaners steal (and admit) she stole $1000 cash from my nightstand. I confronted this cleaning member and she did eventually return it once I told her I would call the police. Dazzling did NOTHING about this, and made me continue to pay for the membership for the remainder of the contract even though I did not feel comfortable using their cleaners. Do better.

I do not recommend this company. There independent contractors should be better vetted. On three separate occasions, there cleaners have cause damage to my property. When I submitted a claim for a broken door, the company tried to reimburse me 46 dollars on a repair that would cost well of $237 dollars. Another cleaner caused damage to my refrigerator, breaking the bottom tray holder in half, because my claim was not submitted in 3 days, Dazzling did not acknowledge my complaint. It took more than 3 days because I tried to have someone come look at it but in order to resolve the issue, I would either have to deal with it or get an entirely new unit. The last cleaner who came to my home dropped my remote in a bucket of water. It took several days for the remote to start working again. I repeat. Do not use this service. It’s over priced anyway.
