Not only did they do a terrible job cleaning…. Someone is being childish and tried charging my card 42 times today. It’s August 1st…. I haven’t had their service since FEBRUARY!

These people are crooks. They advertising on Facebook. Get in the door and then charge you 212.00 yo cancel their 49,00 subscription. Their cleaning sucks as well as their app. Run. I’m filing a claim against them.

Total scam. 2 cancelled appointments and then made me use my voucher. Horrible cleaner with Kim and didn’t sign up for service but still billing my card

This app and service horrible to work with. i became member last month first cleaning worked well. then for second schedule assigned cleaner did not show up but there is no support by company or app at all. and then for third schedule a day before appointment there were still no clarification who assigned cleaners they assigned kept cancelling. and app now suddenly a day before they decided charge me extra 15 USD priority cost per hour as they could not find cleaner on my two weeks back scheduled appointment. everything crazy, stressful and not logic. if you need to reach out company good luck with it no any contact.

Hidden membership and hidden costs. they don’t care what cleaners they match you with and the cleaners regularly pad thier time to charge you more.

The absolute WORST! I hired them based on one of their specials, only to find out it was not really a "special." You pay a lower price to enter into a contract that makes it impossible for you to get out. The cleaners come to my home and spend 7 HOURS on one floor in my house. I live alone and just had my house renovated. That floor literally had nothing to clean. No one had lived on the floor. The spend the next three hours on the main floor (kitchen floor) which actually needed cleaning. Then, they shatter one of my brand new lighted mirrors--$400. When I tried to get out of the contract, they told me I have to pay $388 to get out. I tell them to replace my mirror and I will. They say they cannot or will not. So we leave it at that. Months later I am noticing that they are randomly charging my credit card!!!! Twice a month, sometimes once a month. There is no rhyme or reason to the withdrawals, just random and sneaky. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. I feel robbed. I feel violated. Not only did they destroy my mirror, they are taking money that does not belong to them. STAY AWAY!

Wish I hadn't signed up for a one year commitment before trying their service. ( I didn't realize I was, misleading). I dont like their appointment setting website. You think you have re-booked a cleaner only to receive email notice another person will show vs working with me and the cleaners to select a workable calendar date. Plus, I didn't like finding out I signed up for a year's service and couldn't cancel it. unless I paid the cancellation fee. I don't recommend this company. However, I did like one of the cleaners but can't seem to book her again. Weird booking system.
