This rating has nothing to do with the cleaner or the Quality of her work . This has to do with hidden charges or unexplained charges I had 3 charges to my card on the last cleaning and trying to reach anyone ...e-mail , text messages or forbid a phone # for customer service was like trying to get a direct line to God . Very Unhappy ,hopefully to be an X consumer soon ... My advice ...just don't do it !!!

Predatory pricing, misleading advertising, hidden fees. This company needs to be shut down immediately. Anyone considering using this service should be aware that they will be charged a monthly reocurring fee regardless if the service is used. On top of the reocurring fee, individuals are charged an hourly rate for the work to be performed. When looking to cancel the service completely, the company charges you for an additional 6 months of service, with no service being provided. These fees are extremely high, and look to prevent the user from moving forward, in my case, the company is demanding over $300 to be paid.

There's an active campaign against this criminal company, including my submission to the FBI for internet crimes. There are Facebook groups devoted to stopping these evil tiny souls and also reddit has horror horror stories. The individual cleaners are besides the point. It's the payment schematic. That is so awful and I think diabolical and illegal. F$ck them. ph$uck you dazzling cleaning. I'm in food jeopardy now cause you snuck in my checking account 6 months after cancellation for $133.50. shame on you. Spitting at your faces!

If you want to cancel the contract you have to pay a penalty. Also they keep charging your account for all kinds of services and monthly maintenance fees. Stay away from this company.

This is a scam. They tricked me into a membership , charged and additional $49 and told me I had to pay almost $200 to cancel. I’m not going to even address how laundry wasn’t done and I pretty much had to clean after my cleaning service. Stay away !

I like the cleaning service I received from the cleaning ladies. However Dazzling cleaning fees are outrageous. I signed up for membership which I regret because the cleaning service is $20 hour and Dazzling charge an extra $5 hour plus 15% fee. Lesson to read the fine print before I sign up for a membership service. I will not be renewing my membership.
