Dazzling CleaningReviews of dazzlingcleaning.com

Well, when it comes to cleaning these girls don’t have it. I had three cleaners on three different dates and none of them could get my home clean. One of the cleaners rearranged everything in my house, even in areas she didn’t clean, the second cleaner, left dishes in the sink and dust everywhere. There was still dust left from the first cleaner. The third cleaner was late and then couldn’t work around my pet. My profile states I have a a dog why would anyone still sign up for a job if they can’t be around dogs? Maybe because she was going to get paid anyway, I have yet to see a refund for this cleaner or the membership. Be very careful if you dislike the service. Oh well, you’re stuck with it. If I were you don’t risk it don’t sign up completely a rip off.

Scammers. Do not sign up for Dazzling Cleaning. They are a complete scam.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

This place is a scam. They lure you in with a "Discount" but then add on several extra fees which actually make it more expensive than any other cleaning service and they also bury in the fine print that you are locked into a 6 month contract, which, if you cancel, you will then be charged $180 for. Unbelievable how they are still in business.

This company has significantly high hidden fees. "DO NOT USE THEM". Horrible experience

I enjoyed the service when I had it but when I cancelled because it was too expensive they did not cancel my “scheduled cleaning plan” and sent me an email that said you have one more cleaning. I was unaware that after you cancel even if they leave the appointments scheduled they will up charge to what they call “full price” and I ended up paying $300 for a small apartment cleaning. I called to inquire and they were not helpful in any way other than to say I was responsible for cancelling individual cleanings set up through my plan after cancelling my plan. Don’t do it, it’s not worth it they basically just want to scam you out of money in any way possible without remorse.

I had signed up for one affordable clean and paid close to $1k as they had roped my credit card into a six-month plan. Avoid at all costs.

I'm under a very bad impression. I first decided to try through the site, trusting the site. They write so many messages, so many letters, some kind of permanent robot that moves the wind. Like you have an appointment. Reminder. Then a mark. Then something else. A person will break his head from the flow of this nonsense. Yes, if only!!!! I'm waiting for the first accepted application. The man is writing. I accidentally pressed the button, reschedule the time, or the day because I can't. I answer, and it is not necessary. This is the first time I am waiting for someone and I have already been given such tasks. Okay, I said no! let someone else come. Let's move on! Some guy takes an order, is half an hour late, comes back with a girl who, while he cleans the kitchen for 5 hours, has already cleaned the whole house. Who is this anyway? Okay, I think, next time I will say mistakes, I'll look again. The guy writes to me after cleaning about the next cleaning and before the next cleaning, what will come, so that we would be waiting for him, confirms everything on the site !!!! And what do you think? I've been waiting for him for 6 hours!!!! From 12 to 6. He does not answer, no texts, no phone. I am very disappointed in both the people and the company. And when I want to cancel my account altogether, they still want to write off more than 200 dollars from me ??? For what ??? For the fact that their people do not come?? This is a terrible scam. I do not recommend NEVER contact!
