You get charged every month with the idea that you get a discounted cleaning. The problem is that the cleaners don’t show up. I was stood up 5 times in a month. Total scam business that you can only contact through email. Don’t do it!

Complete scam. They charge you for a subscription cancellation fee that they have never advertised. Further, they advertise "If you do not wish to continue your membership, you can cancel at any time." but that's a scam. Do not use them, you'll end up paying several fold the agreed price.

Hidden Cost and Scam Membership. They do not tell you up front that you are tied to a membership. They Charge you for membership you did not subscribe to. You are not able to cancel without heavy cancellation fee.

I did not have a good experience. I was able to get the first cleaning scheduled and use a coupon for a discounted first service which went ok. However, they advertised rates as low as "$17 per hour" in the ad. After the first cleaning I didn't see anyone in our area with that rate. I had one additional cleaning scheduled with the same cleaner but saw the hourly rate for this person was raised by at least $10 per hour more than what it showed on the first cleaning. This was out of my price range so I cancelled and attempted to schedule with other cleaners with a more reasonable rate. Those appointments were not accepted. I ended up paying 2 months of monthly fees for the "forever clean membership" which is supposed to offer discounted cleanings, but the rates I saw were similar or more to market rates of people on their own in my area. I didn't like the idea of paying for a monthly service where I can't even get a cleaning scheduled so I cancelled and paid the termination fee (full price for first cleaning). At the end of all of this I paid about $475 in total for what ended up being one 6 hour cleaning and a lot of frustration. I do not recommend using this service.

Does not guarantee background check nor quality of th background check. Their terms and conditions are not favored to the customers, but for the website, it has mandatory service sign up for 6 months. , THE COMPANY DOES NOT PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES, AND THE COMPANY IS NOT A CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDER. IT IS UP TO THE THIRD PARTY CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDER TO OFFER CLEANING SERVICES WHICH MAY BE SCHEDULED THROUGH USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICE. THE COMPANY OFFERS INFORMATION AND A METHOD TO OBTAIN SUCH THIRD PARTY CLEANING SERVICES, BUT DOES NOT AND DOES NOT INTEND TO PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES OR ACT IN ANY WAY AS A CLEANING SERVICE PROVIDER, AND HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLEANING SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.

They promised a voucher for 6 hours of cleaning for $79. The cleaner was late, left the premises 2 times for 40 minutes each time, worked only 4 hours, and invoiced us for 8 hours- which we did not get a notice of and couldnt get into our account until days afterwards, at which time refunds are not possible according to the service. In addition, they do not tell you that there is $150 charge to get out of the "Agreement" for future cleanings, the cancel account option on the site does not work, and they charged both my Paypal as well as my credit card for the "cleaning"- which was terrible.

Dazzling Cleanings customer service is the worst. The cleaner Alex was best experienced of all others. The other two cleaners either no-show, change appointments without coordinating with me, or refusing to enter permise with authorized permission. I had enough of the none-sense; the cleaners seem to be under the perception the client sit home all and do not work. The cleaner refused to enter permise without me there on-site did so even though my mom and brother were home. Merry-maids I'm coming back.

Tried the cleaning service based on a friend's recommendation. You must take their membership to even use their service once, there are so many hidden terms you have to be aware of, they charge like crazy if you want to cancel, all hidden in terms. They even scheduled future cleaning by themselves. I used a virtual card to replace my saved credit card. Scammy website. Cleaners by themselves are nice to work.
