5-STAR REVIEWS ARE INACCURATE. Look at Better Business Bureau! Over 100 pages of bad reviews. This company obscures their terms, which does not clearly state that buying the voucher commits you to 6 months of monthly membership fees, on top of the cleaning itself. We fulfilled the 6 months, but THEIR CLEANER cancelled the September appointment the day of service, and our travel prevented rescheduling into October, in order to accommodate the service they required us to pay a SECOND October membership fee and refuse to refund it. (even though we did not receive service in September due to their cleaner cancelling.) Terrible customer service, all they do is tell you about their great service and terms, but consistently make it difficult to use.

I have tried and tried to email you guys, i have to postpone any cleaning service until i notify your company. i have health issues and tracking down your email every time is getting harder since you web page is not working, please take me off your list at this time., i am retiring and this email address will no longer be a working email. i have stated this every time you set up an appointment and you choose not to go with my wishes.

This company steals money by creating a false promotional and hidden subscription details. You're not able to cancel or stop your subscription for six months regardless if you get a cleaning or not. They like to think of themselves as the 'Netflix' of cleaning services. I can't remove your card from your account once you add it for the first cleaning. Even if the made cancels they'll allow you to reschedule but not get a refund, even if you no longer need the maid service. See all of the other complaints on Reddit.

COMPLETE SCAM! Avoid avoid avoid. They keep taking hundreds of dollars out of my account despite offering a $19 clean. I have reported them to my bank and the BBB

I’m furious! Dazzling cleaning is a joke!! A couple months ago I left a review because it was taken down because I ended up just deleting my email. I was like whatever not gonna waste my energy. Then Literally a few days after my review was taken down JAMES from dazzling cleaning offered me a free cleaning to make up for what happen! I was like you know why not.. doesn’t hurt to give people a second chance. DONT DO IT. Literally after the cleaning was done they tried charging me $50 dollars. I texted the James number back and it says they are not currently monitoring that line. James literally reached out to me. I’m so mad at that point. Trying to charge me $50 bucks for a free cleaning you offered. Then in the morning like 5am they try charging me again for $50 bucks for a membership fee. I sent an email because I noticed they ended up signing me back up to their membership program which is $157 dollars to cancel. I NEVER AGREED TO THAT. It was already a headache trying to get in contact to cancel the last one. DONT DO IT. I’m grateful that my bank is amazing and Dazzling cleaning you are scamming people no matter what you say.

This company’s marketing is misleading. You must enter into a 6 month membership to redeem the initial “deal”. Even if you cancel future cleanings, you cannot cancel the membership. There is currently a large group of people organizing a class action lawsuit.
