I was not informed it was a subscription you paid for whether you use it or not—we needed a one-time cleaning. With everything they charged, it was much more expensive than just hiring for the day--about $75/hour. We had two people come--the second was much better and we would use her again, but not this service. They charged us $150 to get out of the subscription. Stay away!!!!

Purchased a voucher for cleaning services but when we tried to schedule services - there was no availability for our area no matter how far in advance we looked (yes it showed they serviced our area prior to buying the voucher). Tried to request a refund from our credit card & the company lied saying they provided services!! Do not use this company! A manner scam! Reporting them to the BBB for fraud.

Thieves! Please be aware!! After you book your appointment there will be no way to cancel your membership and they won't respond to your emails. They will hook you with $9 but then will charge you $60 membership(WHICH IS NOWHERE DISCLOSED) and then charge you addition $106 for cancelling. In total it will cost you close to $200 for a less than 2 hour cleaning not to mention their cleaners will throw away all the perfectly fine items in the bathroom. STAY AWAY AND STAY SAFE!!

If I could go back in time I would never have signed up for this “cleaning service” but I can’t cancel now because I’ll lose $60 :) My cleaner was a no show today after I left my weekend early to meet her at the house because she couldn’t reschedule when I requested a reschedule. After she doesn’t show up to the house or respond to my texts, she changes the date of the cleaning to next Sunday and asks if that’s ok lol. Like yeah sure, let’s go this when it’s convenient for you. On a previous cleaning, I requested a female house cleaner and she shows up with her son (who is probably 25 years old) wearing a black jacket with the hood over his head. When they rang the doorbell I could only see the man standing there through the window and was pretty uncomfortable when I realized it was my cleaner and that these people were going to be in my house while I was there alone. Really unprofessional.

This is a scam. They promote $19 clean as if it’s no commitment but in the fine print they sign you up for a 6 month membership at $49/month. DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY.

ITS A SCAM!!! The cleaners like to use up your time and do little to no cleaning. You sign up and they do not explicitly tell you that you are signing up for a subscription of $49 a month and if you’re not satisfied with the cleaning and want to unsubscribe they will try and charge you from up to six months of a subscription! TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT USE. please avoid what I fell for. I was excited about their $19 cleaning invitation. there's NO WAY to delete your credit card once entered into their site. and even if you keep unselecting their subscription service, they'll charge you anyway, as they did to me. there's no phone # or anyone to talk to. AVOID THEM.
