Don’t do it! You’re locked in for 6 months and cannot cancel without paying hundreds of dollars. Our cleaner supposedly spent 6 hours at our home and the house is still dirty. Although he also sent us a text saying he wasn’t staying the full time, he still were billed for 6 hours. We want a refund. We are not comfortable contacting our cleaner again as he made us uncomfortable. Bathrooms left with toothpaste everywhere, kitchen countertops still dirty, multiple rooms not vacuumed, did not clean stove top or mop, did not clean showers, toilets, or sinks. Please refund.

Dazzling Cleaners shows a lack of accountability towards their staff. They do not provide a support number to address any issues and instead advise you to directly communicate with your cleaner. It's quite unfair that they charge you if you cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, yet their own cleaners can cancel without facing any consequences. These cleaners seem to have a keen understanding of how to manipulate the site in order to exploit customers like you in terms of time and money. In my experience, out of the four different cleaners I had in less than six months, I wouldn't recommend a single one of them. I also cannot recommend Dazzling Cleaners as a reputable company. After I canceled my membership, they went ahead and deleted the negative reviews I had left for the cleaners. Furthermore, they even attempted to contact me and sent an email claiming that they would personally oversee my cleaning to ensure my satisfaction. It's ironic because that's what I had expected when I initially signed up, not when I chose to cancel my membership.

Do not trust these folks. They have NO customer service support. The “voucher” is just plain fraud- bought one then tried to schedule a cleaning and was told the voucher had already been used but site also noted that there were no past services in my records. Hmmmmm how could that be?? Credit card company will be notified of the fraudulent charge. They say they are unable to provide customer service by phone. (What??) Tried emailing- they say it will take at least 24 hours to respond. So unprofessional it’s almost scary. Just don’t do it. Unless you just like being robbed.

Cleaners generally do a good job but should be getting more of the money. Instead Dazzling cleaning says they save you so much, but I'd rather pay the cleaner directly. Dazzling layers on multiple fees they don't make clear when you see the cleaner's rate. My cleaner's rate was listed as $21/hr; I booked 4 hours. When I got the bill, cleaner got $16/hr (they are also charged a DC fee per booking), $5/hr service fee to DC, then a random $7.35/hr priority fee + tax although I booked this more than 24 hrs in advance. What I thought would be $84 +15% fee=$96.60 was actually $142.00. Every cleaning my bill is increasing and you can't select which cleaner you work with. You can request, but no guarantee. If you need to change your appt, your appt date/time goes back into the pool and someone else can book you. Little to no control over your booking. Not easy to find your billing info in your account, you have to look in each appointment. The entire process feels like a scam to the cleaner and customer.

After receiving multiple texts offering free cleaning, I eventually decided to take up the offer. However, I was not aware that this would enroll me in a monthly plan and that cancelling would result in a charge for the initial free visit.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their cleaners are thieves. They will rob you blind the minute you go to the kitchen to make yourself a cup of coffee and the company won't do anything about it. The company uses your credit card as if it were their own. Regardless if you're scheduled for a cleaning or just had a cleaning they will continue to charge your credit card. Their ForeverClean Membership is like a life sentence where they make you believe that you're locked in and have to pay them for the rest of your life. Even if their cleaning people are coming into your home and robbing you. The worst cleaning company in the UNITED STATES!! If you've already signed up with them, call your bank, cancel your card and BLOCK THEM!!! was able to cancel my subscription after I had to call the authorities on this company. I reiterate DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I would not recommend or plan to use this company ever… they have a terrible website with no real accountability… I don’t know if they know their cleaners or vet them…they just put your name address, phone number and credit card out there for whoever and my gal never showed up yet is texting me and harassing me….
