The man who came to my house tried to come on to me when my husband wasn’t home. It was terrifying. He asked me if my husband was home. Then asked if he could hug me. Repeatedly, then started telling me I was cute. I was absolutely terrified. The company won’t respond to me and are trying to charge me for wanting to cancel my membership. The second I told them my legitimate reason to end my membership they stopped responding. I’m so worried something worse will happen to another woman.

Scammers....Do not accept their service. Anything that is too good to be true probably is too good to be true.

I give dazzling a 1 star review because I can't give them a -5 star review. I scheduled a cleaning service and the lady Sharonda never arrived, and never communicated with me to inform me that she wasn't coming. I struggled to contact the "Help" desk, as they have no contact information, and when i finally received an email from someone I reluctantly decided to give them a second chance. I scheduled a new cleaning date and the assigned Amal, who allegedly had 4.4 star review. Once again, this lady did not show up, did not communicate with me, and did not respond when I attempted to contact her. This is the most awful, unprofessional, disappointing, and inconsiderate business I have ever dealt with. I recommend you stay as far away from them as possible and dont waste your time nor money with them. Oh, and by the way, I am still waiting on my refund.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - DO NOT USE THEM OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES. NIGHTMARE. ABSOLUTE WORST CLEANERS IN NEW YORK CITY. They trap you into a membership for 6 months and then proceed to send you cleaners who cancel within an hour's notice and over charge you for their clean. Each membership clean is a minimum 2.5 hours and I have had cleaners come into my apartment and tell me immediately they're a "fast cleaner" - they stay for an hour and then charge me for 2.5 hours. They don't have a customer service number, so you can't be helped - they just send you emails and vouchers saying that they will do better and then they don't and they lock you into automatic cleanings so you get charged when you skip or cancel. Absolute nightmare.

The cleaning was fine, but this company's opaque and manipulative pricing is appalling. I was charged almost double what I was quoted. No refund, no credit -- nothing to make this right. I'm just disgusted with this company.

Never sign their forever membership. In this membership you can't cancel their membership before six months of signing. N for six months they will charge you $ 51/m. And their is no surity that after booking cleaner, yocleaners will show up. But you be charged monthly charges without getting any service. No customer service on phone. You can't contact anyone on phone for not showing up cleaner.dazzling membership is totally trap to grab money from your pocket. Please safe yourself from them

Dazzling Clean is a scam of a company. We were warned by our cleaner when they arrived that they were not employed by Dazzling Clean and that they have had frequent issues with other clients being charged fraudulently after their cleaning is done. At time of writing Dazzling Clean has attempted to add over $179 in additional charges to our bank account without notice. The web form to dispute these charges or request refunds does not work at time of writing, I had to reach out to my bank directly to have them blocked and dispute the charges. Do not use under any circumstances.

Go anywhere else - this cleaning service is a total scam with a ton of details left hidden or not clearly obvious. They will charge you almost $100 monthly for just using the “service” and you pay additional for the cleaning contractor. The cleaning is subpar at very best - it’s not made clear up front that once you’ve signed up you’re locked in for 6 months or pay an extremely high cost to cancel the service. USER BEWARE - GO ELSEWHERE. I’m canceling today regardless the cost because this service has been more hassle than actual help. Forgot to mention you have zero control over who cleans your house - the cleaners just get to pick up your job - so you just have to keep canceling until you have gotten a cleaner you like or just simply don’t get your house cleaned at all that month and just throw out the $100 you pay dazzling cleaning for whatever nonsense they say that charge is for.
