Unable to contact customer service about cleaner issue. Then it got worse with the hidden addon fees. attempted to cancel services but they refuse to accept cancellation!! THIS IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM

Once I signed up I was locked into $49/month for 6 months. If I tried to cancel before that they would charge me an additional $237 for first 6 hr clean. Yes that's as advertised, no issue there. Once I could cancel, I would get spam called every 4 days trying to get me to sign up again, as in 3 calls from multiple different numbers back-to-back followed by a text message saying that they emailed me AND an email offering $35/mo to sign up again. I emailed back to stop trying to contact me and remove me from their list, will know if it worked in 4 days. Services: I paid $49/mo plus $104 for 4 hrs cleaning plus $15.75 service fee. If I didn't want services I could reschedule or cancel the service but I still had to pay the $49/mo. In the end I paid ~$42/hour for one 4 hour clean per month, a far cry from their advertisement of $20/hr. I give 3 stars though because I liked my cleaners personality. But one time she charged me for 4 hours when she was only there 2 and did not respond to my message when I asked her to correct the issue and there was no way to resolve through dazzling clean website at the time, but seems they have a way to escalate to them directly now. They're not terrible, but in my experience I had more efficient cleaners for less cost going through direct hiring. Good luck!

Worst, was charged for cancellation when I did not cancel and I am not getting any response following a message sent to them.

I had one service for 4hrs, said I did not want recurring. BUT it would seem you have charged me for 2 services in Oct and Nov. this is stealing and you owe me so I would suggest you refund asap. If you don’t my bank will. You have until tomorrow to get back to me.

This company is such a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!!! I signed up and had one lady come out and do a good job. She scheduled my bi-monthly cleanings but then never showed up. There is no way to talk with anyone at the company until you try to cancel. So that's what I did. Then when I got a call the lady said she would credit me some money back and promised she would have one oof her best people come out for my next appointment. The guy texted me a few days before the appointment and then never showed up. When I texted him back, he said my job was not worth the money! He then proceeded to tell the company that he did do the job and I was charged for it. Again, I could not get a hold of anyone until I tried to cancel again. The same lady called me and when I told her I did not want anyone from her company coming to my house, she told me there was a $135 cancellation fee because I didn't stick it out for the 6 months. Then on top of that she charged me another $30 membership fee. She did reimburse me for the time the guy didn't really come but the rest is BS!

Disappointed. They do not provide a telephone number for Customer Service. It makes it impossible to speak to a customer service agent. The cleaner was polite, but left after 2 hours because her daughter was in a traffice accident, and she had to go to the hospital. I understand that. But the cleaner told me she cleaned everything but the oven interior, and didn't do the back bathroom. She missed much. There is dust on everything still. When she arrived she didn't have a broom or dustpan, so asked me for one. I provided them, Then she asked me for a mop bucket. I didn't have one, so she asked for an empty wasted basket instead. It appears she swept some, but did a cursory job. I can run my hand over a surface, and dirt is visible. I appears she mopped someplaces but totally missed under the living room furniture. There is dog hair left behind. This was certainly not worth the $172.50 billed to my debit card. I have contacted my bank for a dispute.

Their promotion is an outright lie. I had one cleaner come in for 4 hours and I aid several times more that what was marketed. Plus they somehow roped me into a 6 month contract where they take $60 out of my account even if services are not used. This cost does not apply when a cleaner actually shows up. I had a cleaner reschedule several times. The first one was subpar. Customer service was curt and refused to engage with me. Don't sign up with them. Sometimes apps and startups promise offers that are too good to be true. This one is an obvious example. It honestly feels like a con.

Worst decision of my life. Please learn from me. Do not under any circumstances ever work with this company. Please. It is both unsafe and a waste of money. Each experience was bad for me. And the people had high ratings. Its all a scam and they are criminals being employed with lax background check. It is not a full background check. This is genuinely the biggest scam i have ever seen or fallen for
