I had the service for several months and canceled today. I am so unhappy that I took the $159 fee (to cancel!!) I had several No shows (servicers would simply reschedule the service so I wouldn’t be charged, but I’m still left WITHOUT service), late service (I was called HOURS after they were supposed to show up with excuses about oversleeping/forgetting/dazzling platform problems), and to make it worse, there are NO human beings to talk to. It’s a con job because they charge you so many fees on each service (NOT taxes, but platform fees, service fees) such that you save NOTHING. I feel ripped off for literally hundreds of dollars and even more frustration.

If you want to be ripped off this is definitely the company for you! After my cleaner, actually two, failed to show up I cancelled. They continued to charge me for three months..Finally all went quiet. Free at last! Nope. In November, December and January they made three further charges. My bank is handling it now. Interestingly they refused to answer my emails in the summer of 23. Six months later within an hour of my making a complaint through my bank they were emailing me. The only way to find a good cleaner in Florida is by word of mouth and it is much cheaper!

absolutely the worst company. the idea in theory is great, but they must not pay the workers enough or something. I tried scheduling my first cleaning at least 3 different times, and the cleaners were no shows or canceled last minute. I finally ended up having one good cleaner, but I'm done with this service. In addition, they "lock you in" for 6 months. I understand that I signed up for that, but I think it's ridiculous that they would continue to keep me locked in even after the awful experiences that I had. I canceled and "ate" the fee, and they won't stop calling me

DO NOT USE!!! This is the biggest scam in history. They are liars and you can't cancel they have charged my credit card 3 times and I only got 1 cleaning. There is also NO PHONE NUMBER to call. RED FLAG!!!

Very unprofessional resource. I was getting charged extra amounts and when talked to customer service they ghosted me! It is not worth it. Everything they sell is fake.

This company sucks you in on a service that seems reasonable, but they lock you into 6 months of $49 monthly "membership fees." They send a housekeeper alright, and the one I had was good, but they charge you a 15% premium on what they pay her. Then I found out that the amount that is supposedly going to her, is charged a 10% fee when they actually pay her. The biggest problem is that they randomly change your appointment with your preferred housekeeper to a different housekeeper at the last minute. They only text message, there is no customer support to talk to. A friend became disillusioned with them, and cancelled after four months of paying for their lousy service and fees, and they automatically charged her card $170 to cancel. This is a scam. It is not the housekeepers' faults, they are probably caught up in the scam too. This company should be shut down. I have been with them over four months and would like to figure a way out of this mess. It is the absolute worst.
