My first 3 or 4 appointments were fine. After that, cleaners were no shows. My plan was for biweekly cleaning, and out of the past 2 months, I had 4 cleaners no show, one arrived with nothing but a mystery bottle of cleaner and febreeze, and one arrived with her son without asking if it was ok to bring him along. They charge a monthly fee and refuse to refund, even though my home was only cleaned once in two months, saying their service is like Netflix, and you still get charged whether or not you use it. I pointed out I had been trying for the full two months to use the service, but their contractors don’t show up, so the company provides no service. I asked to cancel and my ”account manager” lied and said she cancelled my account but didn’t. I figured out she lied and found how to cancel myself, but they made it very difficult to find on purpose

Dazzling Cleaning is a scam. 2 cleanings into my contract I was matched with someone who was unable to find my home, was 4 hours late and did a poor job. Even though I rated him low, they matched me with him again this week. So I cancelled my membership and was charged $170 early termination fee. Never again.

They are a scam company! This is both funny and ridiculous as I do my due diligence to avoid ever being scammed, but I didn't do that this time. My cousin had used this service for my apartment before and it was great so, there was no reason to doubt. So I signed up for their service. They sent me an email about the $49 monthly charge, which I was not aware of prior but was ok with. Then they sent me several emails about a voucher to make my first service free. I used the voucher and got a quote that my first cleaning service was $0. I was surprised and thankful. Guess what, they charged my account $39 and $49. I kept thinking the $39 would fall off but it has posted. I went on their website to try contacting them, but nothing. I went online and started seeing the reviews, my God! They are scammers! Do not sign up. I am reporting them to Instagram because that is how we found them.

When I canceled after six months, they continued to charge my credit card the monthly $49. fee. They claimed that my cancellation only counted for the cleaner's booking not for the membership. Stay away from the hassle this outfit will cause you!

Purchased four hour voucher and after the initial cleaning tried to cancel and was told would have to pay $200 for the initial cleaning. Cannot reach anyone in customer service. Doesn’t exist. Filed complaint with the BBB. I encourage others to do the same.

This company is horrible. Its basically like care.com. They don't care about their customers. I signed up in November and that is the ONLY month that I didn't have a problem. December cleaner showed up 3 hrs late and instead of cleaning for 4 hrs, only stayed for 2 hrs. January was absolutely ridiculous! 1st cleaner last minute cancels. So they decide to schedule a cleaner on that Saturday. I can't do Saturdays, so cleaner said they could come Sunday, so I waited all day but the company canceled the cleaner instead and never told me. The next week, we tried again. 1 cleaner picked up and the next day couldn't do it so they again tried to reschedule someone for Saturday. This time the cleaner was able to come on the Friday and it was fine. I asked for the same cleaner for today and surprise, surprise! She is 3 1/2 hrs late and I've texted but no response! They won't let me out of my contract and keeps charging me monthly and yet the cleaners they use are NOT reliable!

cleaner was fine. fees were high, especially the monthly $52 fee that I was not even aware it was being charged to my account.

Absolutely terrible. I had multiple cleaners not show up for the scheduled times and they do nothing to compensate for this mess. This is kind of like the Uber of housecleaning, only your ride never shows and you get to walk home. Contacting customer service was not helpful, if you can even call it customer service.
