STAY AWAY. They offer a promotion of cleaning for $19, and unbeknownst to you sing you up for monthly charge for services. And to cancel that imposed subscription, you have to pay $140.

Buyer beware! This company misrepresents its prices, fees, and services. Do NOT buy. Each appointment booking came with last minute cancellations and no shows. I tried multiple cleaners and was extremely disappointed every time. On top of that, the company charges outrageous fees in addition to complicated and misleading claims. There is no way to speak with anyone. You have to email them, and even still, it’s often days before hearing anything back. The cleaning services were very poor, the costs and fees were astronomical, the customer service is not actually customer service. I would argue that they only exist to serve their bank accounts. I have contacted them several times to cancel and not only do they refuse to refund fees that were continually charged after cancellation, but their scam is to pause your membership for a while and then start charging fees again with refusal to refund AGAIN. It’s been nearly a year of only hassle and frustration. I make a point NOT to post negative reviews without significant effort on my part to work with a company. I have provided many chances for them to rectify these issues, only to have further problems. It has been months and they are still charging my account. I will have to dispute the charges via chargeback at this point. I would dare to say Dazzling Cleaning is a scam company.

This company has no direct contact numbers. They only have text and email which has a response time of twenty-four hours. Cleaners will not show up at random and leave you hanging. They will continue to take money from your account after the six-month contract is complete. They will try and force you into a second contract even after you have canceled. There seems to be a lack of integrity. And poor communication access. Be careful when using Dazzling Clean.

I used to have dazzling cleaning until one of their workers fell asleep in my sofa. 1 year later, they are revamping their system and they are HARASSING me by call, email and text. I explained multiple times that I wasn't interested and asked to stop calling me, but they insist. I have been out of the country for a month and I have easily been contacted 10 times, which is a problem because I incur in international phone fees, but they clearly don't care. Terrible customer service.

STAY AWAY!!! Total scam, borderline criminal practice. Beware, once you sign up you're on the hook for 6 months... but that's not the worst part. They advertise a super low hourly rate, but that is NOT the rate that most cleaners with GOOD feedback and reviews charge! Some can charge way more... so unless you want a crappy or new cleaner with bad/no reviews, you will NOT be paying $20/hr. It's a total bait and switch. Then if you want to cancel there's a huge fee which is NOT prorated within your 6 months, and costs more than the first cleaning should have cost to begin with. STAY AWAY!!!!

Same as the others a scam. I had a few no shows. Extra charges and locked in a 6 months contract with early penalties. Not bonded. Unable to get hold of anyone except by email. No ohone support. I will no use.

Absolute SCAM!! The "voucher" is really their way of locking you into a 6-month contract. Their "satisfaction guarantee" is absolutely false, as they will charge you full amount of the "voucher" to cancel, which FAR exceeds the monthly fee for the duration of the contract. Basically stated, you owe them A LOT of money NO MATTER WHAT! Customer Service is a JOKE. It is difficult to get a hold of anyone, and the one who seems to be in a managerial position doesn't understand the basics of customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hate this company!! They have been charging me for service even though I no longer reside at that residence. I was already told that the pay would stop but they keep charging my card even though I took it off the site.
