This company is a total scam. First they are going to clean for a great price then charge 2x. There is no way to cancel on their website without pay $149 -All emails are kicked back - no phone number for company. They use 3 different name. Then they continue to charge your account monthly.

Horrible company’s new customer…
Horrible company’s new customer service. I initially did not realize that the free voucher for cleaning required a monthly membership fee so I cancelled the membership immediately.
They later harassed me to use the “free voucher” which is a lie because I used it 9 months later and then they reenact that membership with a fee of $50 a month.
The cleaner who came for this “free” cleaning talked to me majority of the time, did a Terrible job cleaning- no vacuuming, dusting, or wiping down of windows. She only cleaned the bathrooms and did dishes. It was supposed to be a 6 hour clean and she finished after 3.5 hours. She also asked me to drive her home because her ride couldn’t get her. So I did. I didn’t complain or write her a bad review because she told me a sob story about her life.
Two months later and I find out that I’ve been charged $50 a month for the past two months without any contact from the company. I know am asking for a refund and they are saying I will be charged 255$ for my horrible experience from that one cleaning!!!!!!!!
Customer service and cleaning service are terrible! DO NOT USE OR TRY TO USE THEIR VOUCHER.

Scam company All kinds of hidden fees.
Scam company. They aren't upfront with their fees they charged me $233 for canceling their monthly membership I didn't know I was signing up for. I hate this company. The cleaner was subpar and showed up asking me what to do instead of tidying the obvious mess.

Overpriced, bait & switch
Overpriced, bait and switch, received slow, terrible and annoying service. My maid was more interested in becoming my friend than cleaning. Also, asked me to help her get a job, which is just uncomfortable.
The "$19 cleaning" forces you to sign up for a 3-month contract, and the service charges more than they pay their people per hour! What a waste of $150 (which is what they charged me to get out of it).
I had to leave my own home just so I could get work done.

Unknown fee
Very upset with the lack of communication about their fees. And you stuck in a 6 month contract. Stay away.

Unscrupulous company
After using Dazzling Cleaning once, I canceled the membership but they continued to charge me on my credit card. I disputed it with them, but they would not takeoff the 3 months after the initial cleaning. The girl that came was pregnant and she said it was just too much for her to do. I told her I was fine if she left and I would get someone else, but she decided to stay. She did not do a good job had an attitude while she was there, and I was not pleased with the cleaning person or the company. They knew how many bedrooms & bathroom I had so why did they send me somebody that’s pregnant and can’t do certain things. Again, I canceled the membership, but was still charged for 7 months. The credit card company issued a credit from October to January, but they could not issue the other 3 months without their consent because they said I did not cancel, which is not true. Word of advice. “do not use this company”.
I guess we didn’t check the credit card carefully every month and didn’t see the monthly billing from them which was our fault. Hey, as long as they can bill the credit and we don’t say anything they keep charging us.

Zero stars and do not recommend
Zero stars and do not recommend. This was a horrible experience. The pricing was unclear. Between the membership fee and the hourly rate, it is overpriced. There was zero way to contact customer service except through emails. Both cleaners I had bashed the company and complained about not receiving proper compensation. I was overcharged for a reschedule because it was near Christmas. I was charged for another reschedule because it was too close to the appointment time but it was the cleaner who rescheduled, not me. I ended up canceling before the 6 months was up because they state clearly that you can cancel anytime. But was back charged full price for my first discounted cleaning (which was also stated, just NOT as clearly) but was worth it to get out of the contract with them.

Horrible company!!!
Horrible company, the worst commercial experience of my life. Order service, been six weeks, 5 cancellations on their part, none on mine, no service yet. (they are also connected with multiple companies doing the same or similar bad service. Homeaglow is listed in their legal docs as the entity, dba as Dazzling Cleaning. They should get a class action suit on a number of levels)
I have sent dozens of emails trying to get service, and they have yet to come through with a single successful delivery. This is a very very basic local service, you call, set a time, and people show up. But this company as intermediary is horrible. Avoid at all costs.
They refused to refund, they refuse to remove my CC from their databases despite my written requests. Their app does not work and they cry about being a young company, but it's not true. They have been operating under multiple names and scamming people. Long list of upset customers on reddit can be found.
