Avoid this company
Avoid this company. After returning my items, Dayalane Furniture confirmed via email that a refund would be issued. However, they only refunded a small fraction of what was confirmed. I have followed up four times to get the balance they promised me, but they are ignoring my emails. It is incredibly dishonest to confirm a refund amount in writing and then fail to deliver it. This is unacceptable business practice.

They lie about refunds
EDIT: no surprise, 2.5 hours later and no email from them……constant lies and false promises They lie about refunds, after my other review, they replied to it claiming support would email me about a return and refund. This never happened and it’s been a week. The continued email chain I've had with support is them attempting to refund partially and me keep this set that is NOTHING like they pictured. I just want to return this and get my money back, I dont want to have to fix your horrible quality. (Lane 59" Table and chair set, is suppose to be a nice wood finish. Its not, it was painted horribly and the color of cardboard. I don't even know how they tried to pass this off as acceptable. I almost questions if this is fraud from the start.

I ordered a chair for my daughter
I ordered a chair for my daughter, she decided on something different. The box was never opened. They wouldn’t give me a return, then they did but it would of cost 55-65 dollars to send it back.

Stay away from this furniture store (SCAM!!!)
I ordered a dining table with 4 chairs. But the table was not included in the delivery. I sent the email and gave a phone call to the customer service, but one one answered. On Lunar New Year, my family and I sit on the chair and put our dishes on the empty box(used as a table). Thank you for stealing my money and letting me have a such an unforgettable holiday.

I received my order over a month after…
I received my order over a month after ordering. Was in contact with the company and they kept pushing my date back. The refund they gave me was not very much considering how much I had spent. Will never order from this company again.

Ordered a new coffee table from this…
Ordered a new coffee table from this company. Was provided a tracking number. Item was shipped out on the 26th. To this day, I have YET to receive my product. The tracking number provided brought me to a FedEx site even though the tracking number was UPS#, very strange! Package kept getting pushed back each day due to “weather” which at first made sense but now, I’m starting to think that I got screwed over because the storm has passed my area and the weather wasn’t a factor anymore. Come to find out, UPS customer service informed me that the tracking number they provided me was to a different address and recipient… what?! I spoke to customer service through Daya Lane the other day and offered me to refund me $20 and $60(which I have yet to see). I will be waiting to hear back from them after this new information that I was informed about…. Whatever you do, stay away from this company!!!! 100% a SCAM

Not satisfied a lot of the measurements were off the package items took too long to come
A lot of measurements of the holes were off. The delivery took longer than expected not satisfied.
