Daya Lane has an extremely professional team, fast service, and reached out to me personally to make sure the product I ordered had the measurements needed for my space. It turned out that I actually did order the wrong size and they were able to update. After confirming, I received my order the next day (they messaged me over the weekend btw so I received my shipment on Monday! I believe I ordered on Friday)! They also issued a refund my the difference of the product price without me having to ask. So happy with this company and I’ll be more than happy to order from them again.

The shipping was very quick and customer service is responsive. The chairs came packaged nicely to not get damaged during shipment.

Dayalane has impeccable customer service. I had to return some dining chairs because they were too tall for my table out of own mistake. They have been very consistent and supportive throughout the return process the entire way. Not only did they get back to me every day, but they’ve accommodated with helping me set up my shipping labels very smoothly making the entire process very seamless. Overall, the quality of the products are very high quality and I will definitely be buying from them again!

I’m really happy with this sofa! It looks great in my living room and is surprisingly comfortable. The cushions are supportive, the material feels durable, and the overall quality is excellent for the price. Delivery was smooth and setup was easy. Highly recommend!
