Ordering was so simple
Ordering was so simple! There were so many choices to pick from, and I got exactly what I saw online. No difference in color or quality. Plus Liz from marketing was so helpful whenever I needed anything!

I hadn’t heard of this site before but…
I hadn’t heard of this site before but we were looking for nice, affordable furniture for our first home and found beautiful chairs on dayalane. We needed to align shipping on a certain date given move-in logistics and the team worked to accommodate that after an initial miscommunication. We also had one chair break and they were quick to ship a replacement at no hassle to us before a big event.

Great customer service
I emailed them on a Sunday about a table I wanted to purchase but was nervous due to some of the stock photo pictures. They emailed me back that same day. They answered all my questions and included 2 pictures of the table in the warehouse. I bought the table. It came super fast & was excellent quality. Would highly recommend!
