I contacted them by email as requested for a price adjustment and the response time was super fast and they were able to satisfy my request. You have a new customer and very pleased with my dining room chairs.

I ordered the Charles Lounge Armchair. I have now received it and assembled it and it’s a great chair. The challenge I had was regarding a discrepancy between the shipping date at check out and the shipping date listed on the product page. I thought I would receive it in 3-5 business days but when I hadn’t received a shipping notification two weeks after ordering I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly and consistently and ultimately shipped my chair about a week earlier than it would have been based on the product page’s shipping dates. Slow fulfillment of furniture products can be typical these days for online companies, so please take a close look at their product page before ordering, but I have to say I had a positive customer service experience and am pleased with the chair. They did a good job and earned the 5 star review.

I wasn’t sure at first about this brand since I’ve never heard about them but i’ve got my chairs and I’m happy with them. Customer service was good too. I purchased them during Christmas time so I understand for the delay.

These chairs are great! I was a little skeptical since I had never heard of the brand or website but the delivery was extremely efficient & fast, the building instructions were clear, easy & straightforward and the product colors and description is exactly as described. We’re very happy & would order from them again!
