*Edit to address reply* No, the order did not arrive within ten days. I actually had multiple unaddressed emails to you from myself, to state that it says it has arrived, however nothing had arrived. It finally arrived three weeks after the order, battered and unrecorded. To simply say that the “order had arrived” on the website when it hasn’t is fraudulent behaviour. However, if you genuinely believe that it had arrived at that point, then how can you trust your couriers? I have doorbell evidence to show when the actual package did arrive, vs your “tracking”. The item pot I purchased was definitely not in the package. It was such a small and beaten up package when it arrived, that there was simply no chance it was in there. The rest is far TLDR for me so if anyone else reads it and thinks they have reasonable responses to my issues, then think again. The facts of my experience tell a different story. I was in hospital when I made this order, thinking that I’d have something relaxing to do while I recovered. The item took three weeks to arrive so I was back at work by the time I started the project. I ordered a collapsible paint water pot and that didn’t arrive. I had 48 colours on my order as I wanted my dog to be detailed. I only received 42 colours. 36 of which are varying shades of grey. The picture is of my yellow dog, holding a red ball with a beautiful flowery background. Hardly any grey at all in the original picture. So why 36 greys?? Absolutely *nothing* like the AI generated picture on the website. The focus of the picture; my dog, is literally comprised of three colours. So it’s just one yellow blob on the page. Whereas the background is weirdly detailed? It still seems to not look right at all. Just a random mish-mash of blobs of grey. Not to mention- the paint! I’ve had better paints in a £5 PBN set from Amazon. They are so dry and thick they’re unusable. And yes, I did “add water” and attempt to “layer the paint” however, with so many sections… I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect people to go over the same sections. It’s completely AI generated with no rhyme or reason to the sections or colours, despite claims on the website that they have easy to paint projects. AVOID.
