Critical that canvas is rolled.
Response from DavincifiedJun 1, 2026
Hi Tim, Thank you, you're absolutely right that the canvas being rolled matters, it protects against creases that can show through in the final painting. Best Regards, Mary The Davincified Team

I purchased a custom canvas. I specifically ordered the ‘pres-assembled, ready to hang’ option and paid extra for this option. I received a ‘rolled-up’ canvas. You can only email questions or concerns because ‘customer service’ is a robot. You can’t speak to a person. I received a response to my email and told ‘sorry, it’s a misunderstanding, this option is not available for custom canvases’ basically…good luck. Their ordering system is very mis-leading…..be very aware when you order because they will not make it right in the end.

The quality of the materials is quite impressive compared to other PBN kits, Especially the paint, very rarely do I have to use more than one coat. Canvas is of great quality as well. I hate how long it takes to receive the item.

Hi Carla, Thank you for sharing this. It's wonderful to hear our paint quality stood out, especially the one-coat coverage, and that you're happy with the canvas too. We hear you on the shipping times and we're always working to improve that side of things. Best Regards, Mary The Davincified Team
