Beautiful!
Beautiful flowers and 5 days after delivery they are still beautiful. There was one poor decapitated rose in the box ( along with a headless stem, of course) and 2 of the roses had bent stems near the bloom. That affected the life of only one of them. Very pleased overall. Will order again though probably not red next time. I picked these because my husband favors red roses, and it is our 43rd anniversary this week.

Mothers Day Bouquet
My mother really enjoyed receiving her bouquet of roses for Mother’s Day. They were in perfect condition upon arrival, had a wonderful scent and directions inside helped her get the most out of the roses as far as longevity is concerned. The only critique from her was the color of the box, tissue paper and etc. She didn’t understand why everything was in black for such a beautiful bouquet. She was confused by what the gift was. The arrival package didn’t match what the gift was inside. Other than that, she was extremely pleased.

Our roses are intentionally packaged in our signature midnight blue gift box, wrapped in matching tissue paper and adorned with ribbon as part of the David Austin Rose Bouquets presentation experience. The darker packaging was chosen to create an elegant, luxurious contrast that helps protect and showcase the beauty of the blooms inside upon opening. We are truly delighted to hear that, overall, she was extremely pleased with the bouquet.

Beautiful roses as always!
Customer service is exceptional. When the carrier could not deliver on Saturday like I paid for my shipping cost was refunded. The roses were traveling longer then, so some of the outer petals were brown and the roses were limp. They quickly perked up when I put them in water and my mother was delighted with the bouquet.
