I love these roses
I love these roses. They are beautiful with complimenting other flowers. The depth of color is amazing. The packaging is the best I've ever seen for flowers ordered online. I suggest rather than wet cloth to keep the stems wet, use florist blocks or individual water containers. The stems were dried out
Response from David Austin® Rose BouquetsJun 22, 2026
Thank you for your lovely review. We are delighted to hear that you love your David Austin rose bouquet and that the experience exceeded your expectations. It's also wonderful to know that our packaging stood out as the best you've experienced when ordering flowers online. We are sorry to hear the stems arrived dried out in transit. The "Arrive Alive" wrap is designed to retain moisture and keep stems hydrated, and we apologise that it didn't perform as intended on this occasion. While we have extensively trialled shipping stems in water, it has proven unsuitable for carrier networks. We remain confident that the "Arrive Alive" system is the most effective solution, but we will certainly share your feedback with our packing team to ensure the wraps are fully hydrated before dispatch. Thank you again for your support and for taking the time to share your experience. Best Wishes, The David Austin Rose Bouquet Team
