The flowers were received half…
The flowers were received half discolored and as they opened they are still drooping. Most of the flowers outside have dead petals. I was very surprised to receive these flowers in this manner since my friend received flowers and they were absolutely stunning. That’s why I bought these for my mother’s birthday.

I have ordered from David Austin several times and mostly had a good experience. This time when the box arrived the box was extremely hot and the flowers were not in great shape and had brown petals. So far they have not been thriving like they typically do and it will make me hesitate to trust delivered flowers again, especially at this price point

First order came with wilted and broken…
First order came with wilted and broken roses. The replacement came in pretty much the same shape. Not the quality I've grown to know from this company.
