Two flowers were broken and separated…
Two flowers were broken and separated from the stem. I was expecting delivery in the morning but got it late afternoon.

Roses weren’t delivered and had to be reordered. They’ll be a week late.

The flowers arrived late and were…
The flowers arrived late and were slightly brown and wilted. They remained puny even after watering as listed in instructions. While this delay was not their fault, it is a hazard of the business model. It’s just a lot of money to receive designer roses in this poor condition.

Flowers were not fresh and not in…
Flowers were not fresh and not in pristine condition . They never even sent the enclosure note . My sister was calling around to see who sent the flowers . They did refund my money . I expected exquisite roses for $125
