I'm a new appraiser and see this to be the standard we work with. My work focus is residential properties. The best part for me is the support I receive each time I call. While I run up against things it cannot do the support team finds work-arounds. The program is so large I haven't explored all the features yet.

Great program but in order to change data or do an additional subject search when the first one fails I have to shut down and restart DataMaster. Very inconvenient but still a very good program.
