Skeptical, Way Beyond! Nervous, Absolutely! NOW........Happy!! "Internet Leads" are two dirty words. All agents have problems with most every providers. Promise you the moon and....nothing. Then after you've been sold by the sales person, the customer service rep say, "Oh I am sorry, that's not how it works. You can't return that lead"!! Even limited success and a couple of sales feels like a win. Heck, just getting the lead to answer the phone feels like a win!! You spend SO much time doing the admin of returning the leads and arguing for credit. Most of us do it because we feel like it's a Necessary Evil. "I Love internet leads"....said by no one ever!! A VERY successful agent friend convinced me to try Live Transfers and specifically DataLot. Because I am a stubborn Ox, It was a hard sell!! $30+ dollars for a lead, are you freakin' crazy!!! But here's the catch.....I talk to 100% of the leads given to me!!! 100%!!! Start adding up how many leads you pay for and you NEVER talk to the customer AND you can't return them!! It doesn't take long before you realize this is a decent deal. PLUS, since they are vetted before you get them, you know they meet your filters and want a quote. Now you build rapport during the conversation and they are a ton more likely to respond to your follow up calls and emails. Some close right away which is super nice!! Leslie McKenzie is my GO TO for everything. She worked at those other places and she has empathy for our plight! She cares about her agents and that is why she works here and not for PrecisionPachydermSorcerer. It was a tough leap to make but I am happy I made it.

I love not having to chase customers down just to have the opportunity to quote them, with datalot they are right there on the phone waiting for you.

I have worked with Leslie Mckenzie from the get go and she was my to go person every time I had a question. With Datalot you don't have to go around and speak with different reps for your account. You will be assigned to one person and that person will be your point of contact which I think it is convenient. Quality of the live calls are ok but since I have only used them for a month now its too soon for me to judge. In general the service in this lead generating company is good :) PS: I have to thank Leslie for her hard work and awesome customer service on my account

Drew is so easily accessible and helps with account any time we have an issue which is rare. He gives us credit back for every call that hangs up, etc. Calls often to make sure were in good standing with all of our accounts. Will keep our business here as long as we can!
