Do Not Use
Bad Service. Really Bad Service. Had 1-2 Leads a Day for 5 Days. Of the 10: One was worth it. The entire rest, were not. Half of these leads could not be quoted. No, really, they either weren't any kind of a real lead or we physically didn't have the information to quote. The one that was worth it: Is the only one to stay on the phone longer than 5 minutes. Two of them did not have prior insurance for YEARS. One of them was told he was going to get FREE Insurance for his car. Another was told that he didn't have to provide his address for a quote and hung up when I asked. Two transfers we never received were hung up before the transfer ever happened and they tried to bill us for them. And after 3 days of these leads: We tried to shut them off. They ignored phone calls for 2 days, because(and someone confessed this to us): They were told not to cancel for 5 days because they don't get paid if someone doesn't keep it for that long. The transfers themselves were people that couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them, half the time. Every single one of them had something wrong(even the one that is going to buy). And the phone hand off concerned me. I'd answer: Hello this is Jerry. Before I even confirmed who I worked with, they'd tell me: Bob is looking for an insurance quote. Then transfer them and drop off the phone. That implies they're not confirming phone numbers, Bobs are just getting transferred to random John Does for insurance quotes if someone entered the wrong phone number in the transfer process. Absolutely, do not purchase. Total waste of your time. What's really odd is the customers themselves didn't seem like they trusted the process. They'd routinely keep asking if this was real. I started asking what ads they clicked. The results were nuts. The one gentleman said: Free. Umm, sir, I don't know of any auto insurance that's free. He hung up. *Edit:* We found out why the transfer system was so bad and the marketing process made customers feel like they didn't trust it. It's all AI. They literally have AI calling numbers and then transferring them. So yes, our suspicions are correct. They aren't verifying anything. Random Bobs are getting transferred to John Does without any confirmation that either is either. It's entirely ran by an AI service and not very well. The service is advertising the falsehoods that you see in all of these reviews(5 Accidents - $50 full coverage. $20 Life Insurance to a 73 yr old. Free insurance. All of it. Coming from their AI algorithm). Absolutely avoid this service.
