I absolutely love Datalots. They are a godsend. We have a 37% closing ratio with this site. When we were using internet lead programs we had a 5% closing ratio because no one ever picked up the phone. With Datalots they call the clients for us and we have immediate access to that client. When there is an error in the system and the customer didn't want the quote Datalots is quick to get us a refund. Before I signed up with Datalots I requested to speak to someone else that was a customer and was from the same insurance company I am from, American Family, and they were able to do that for me. I had a poor Account Executive helping me with Datalots when I first started with them. I made a small complaint and they immediately set me up with a great Account Executive, Jon Ramos. Jon has been so helpful. Every time there is an error he is quick to solve it. He is great at getting back to me, and is very professional and polite on the phone. It is the best investment we have ever made at our office in terms of Marketing money spent. I completely suggest using them to help drive up your sales!
