Datalot used to be wonderful when they limited their leads to just people who called them. Recently, however, the quality has continued to drop to an all time low. We just got charged $68.50 for a lead who has no license, no current insurance, and a DUI. The refund request was DENIED. ABSURD.

5 stars for my account manager, 4 for Datalot overall. Most of the time I speak with people who are genuinely interested in meeting with me or receiving a quote. Sometimes they claim to have been baited and switched but its all about what you do with the lead once you have it that counts. Datalot's platform is user-friendly and my account manager has been wonderful to work with.

Datalot is a superb lead resource! It has really helped my business and allowed me to help a lot of people. The customer service there is excellent! I can't say enough about them.
