Best hosting service
Hosted a windows server on this for a month FLAWLESSLY, A few days ago, when the server expired, They let the server go overdue a bit, (Stayed up for 3 more days), While I did not have paypal due to a ban (Irrelevant now), I just wanted my database file from the server, after making a ticket & talking to the amazing support, they unsuspended my VPS for 6 hours, I managed to get the file I wanted without having to renew, 10/10 support, 10/10 service, really recommended!

Server Migration surprise
Advance notice for the server move was a bit short, especially since it was the holidays. Also, replies from Support team were not consistent - they told me downtime would be 1-2 hours, then we got an email the next day saying we should plan on being down 6-8 hours tomorrow....also, this is a prompted review requested after the move, not unprompted.

We understand how important adequate planning time is, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the inconsistent information about the expected downtime, we apologize for the confusion. The initial estimate was based on preliminary assessments, and subsequent checks indicated that additional time might be required to ensure data integrity and service stability. However, we acknowledge that this should have been communicated more clearly and consistently. Going forward, we will work on providing earlier notifications, more accurate downtime estimates, and clearer communication from our support team to improve the overall customer experience. Good Service
The service is stable on dedicated servers; however, technical support via email alone is somewhat lacking. If we have a problem right now, responses usually arrive at night, sometimes more than 12 hours later. It would be great to have chat support where they could provide quick solutions in real time. Having that would be fantastic.

DatabaseMart's good advantage is to offer big capacity. What is unfortunate is that, unlike other providers, additional ssh settings are required when using services such as git.
