Had a situation where my server IP got compromised and I needed to migrate to a new one ASAP. Mario from billing was incredibly helpful — he set me up with a new server, applied my remaining balance as credit so I didn't have to pay anything extra, and gave me time to migrate everything over. Same expiration date, no hassle. The whole process was smooth and he actually listened to what I needed instead of just reading from a script. Really appreciate how he handled it. Servers have been solid, good specs for the price, and the billing team came through when it mattered. Would recommend.
